本实用新型公开了一种水箱暗装式太阳能热水器,安装在向阳的屋顶坡面上,其中屋顶坡面的外侧设置太阳能制热组件,太阳能制热组件上部下面的屋顶坡面上设置缺口,热水器的水箱嵌置在该缺口上,且水箱主体向屋顶坡面的内侧延伸。屋顶坡面外侧的太阳能制热组件中,集热板内侧的各个水腔的上端汇集后连通到水箱上部的循环水进口,各个水腔的下端汇集后经由管道连通到水箱下部的循环水出口,各个水腔还连通有排气口,其中排气口高出于水箱。本实用新型将水箱暗装在屋顶内侧,与屋顶斜面一体化完美结合,不会破坏原本就倾斜向阳的屋顶的整体协调性,可以抗风以及避免雷击等,而且还减少了原材料,降低了生产成本。

本实用新型涉及一种太阳能热水器,具体是是涉及一种水箱暗装式太阳能热水器。
背景技术
现有技术中,太阳能热水器多是由支撑架整体安装在屋顶上面,其中太阳能集热板倾斜向阳。这样的安装结构会破坏屋顶上面的整体协调性,尤其是在一些原本就倾斜向阳的屋顶上面。现有技术中还没有发现与原本就倾斜向阳的屋顶相配置安装的太阳能热水器。
发明内容
本实用新型主要是解决上述现有技术所存在的技术问题,提供了一种水箱暗装式太阳能热水器。
本实用新型的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:一种水箱暗装式太阳能热水器,安装在向阳的屋顶坡面上,所述屋顶坡面的外侧设置太阳能制热组件,太阳能制热组件上部下面的屋顶坡面上设置缺口,所述热水器的水箱嵌置在该缺口上,且水箱主体向屋顶坡面的内侧延伸。
作为优选,所述屋顶坡面外侧的太阳能制热组件中,集热板内侧的各个水腔的上端汇集后连通到水箱上部的循环水进口,各个水腔的下端汇集后经由管道连通到水箱下部的循环水出口。
作为优选,所述各个水腔还连通有排气口,所述排气口高出于水箱。
本实用新型结构简单,设计合理,减少了原材料,降低了生产成本。将水箱暗装在屋顶内侧,与屋顶斜面一体化完美结合,不会破坏原本就倾斜向阳的屋顶的整体协调性,而且还可以抗风以及避免雷击等。

下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
实施例:参看图1,本实用新型安装在向阳的屋顶坡面4上,其中屋顶坡面4的外侧设置太阳能制热组件,太阳能制热组件上部下面的屋顶坡面4上设置缺口11,热水器的水箱2嵌置在该缺口11上,且水箱主体向屋顶坡4面的内侧延伸。屋顶坡面4外侧的太阳能制热组件中,集热板1内侧的各个水腔10的上端汇集后连通到水箱2上部的循环水进口8,各个水腔10的下端汇集后经由管道3连通到水箱2下部的循环水出口9,各个水腔10还连通有排气口5,其中排气口5高出于水箱2。
冷水经由水箱2上部的进水口7灌注进水箱2,各个水腔10内的水由于经由集热板1制热温度升高而往上浮动进入水箱2,同时水箱2内的低温水经由管道3补充到各个水腔10下部,形成一个无需动力的自然慢循环。使用时,通过水箱2下部的出水口6排出热水,以供日常之用。

1.一种水箱暗装式太阳能热水器,安装在向阳的屋顶坡面(4)上,其特征是在所述屋顶坡面(4)的外侧设置太阳能制热组件,太阳能制热组件上部下面的屋顶坡面(4)上设置缺口(11),所述热水器的水箱(2)嵌置在该缺口(11)上,且水箱主体向屋顶坡面(4)的内侧延伸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水箱暗装式太阳能热水器,其特征是在所述屋顶坡面(4)外侧的太阳能制热组件中,集热板(1)内侧的各个水腔(10)的上端汇集后连通到水箱(2)上部的循环水进口(8),各个水腔(10)的下端汇集后经由管道(3)连通到水箱(2)下部的循环水出口(9)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的水箱暗装式太阳能热水器,其特征是在所述各个水腔(10)还连通有排气口(5),所述排气口(5)高出于水箱(2)。
