海水淡化机,涉及一种海水淡化装置。包括一水槽,水槽外装环形集水槽;倒扣的透明的圆弧形夹层锅状玻璃容器下扣于所述水槽,所述玻璃容器顶端和下边沿分别安装进海水管口与出海水管口,上端的进海水管口连接进海水管,下边沿的出海水管口连接出海水管,进海水管长于出海水管,进海水管伸于海水深处,使其形成一个虹吸回路,在回路的进海水管中加装一风力循环水泵,水槽中装一部分淡化的海水,环形集水槽外接水管,所述水管接入集水容器。具有如下优点:设备简单,使用方便,可小型化,应用广泛。

本实用新型涉及一种海水淡化装置。
背景技术
目前的海水淡化机,多采用反渗透技术。设备造价高,运行成本高,不适于小型化、普及化。
实用新型内容
本实用新型旨在针对现有技术的上述不足,应用光学透镜聚光原理、液体虹吸原理、水的蒸馏原理和能量转换原理,提供一种体积小,成本低,纯天然能运行,且效率高的海水(高砷高氟水)淡化机。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型海水淡化机的技术方案是:
本实用新型包括一水槽,水槽外装环形集水槽;倒扣的透明的圆弧形夹层锅状玻璃容器下扣于所述水槽,所述玻璃容器顶端和下边沿分别安装进海水管口与出海水管口,上端的进海水管口连接进海水管,下边沿的出海水管口连接出海水管,进海水管长于出海水管,进海水管伸于海水深处,使其形成一个虹吸回路,在回路的进海水管中加装一风力循环水泵,水槽中装一部分淡化的海水,环形集水槽外接水管,所述水管接入集水容器。
使用前将上端的虹吸管回路注满水,再将进海水管的下端伸入深一些的海水中,出海水管下端能达到海水面下即可。
本实用新型的机理如下:
该装置放在太阳下曝晒,由于风力的作用,玻璃容器中的冷海水被时时换新,由于玻璃容器透光,聚光照在水槽中,槽中海水升温,蒸腾的水汽便在冷的玻璃容器下聚凝,并分别向下沿流出,汇进环形水槽,再进入集水容器,这样海水淡化工作便完成了,如果要提高淡化速度,还可加装一太阳灶,对水槽底部加热便其沸腾,或直接用燃料加热,效果更佳。
本实用新型具有如下优点:
1、设备简单;
2、使用方便;
3、可小型化;
4、应用广泛,可用于海岛驻守、外出舰船和西北有毒井水的净化等。

如图所示,本实用新型的结构包括一水槽1,水槽1外装环形集水槽2;倒扣的透明的圆弧形夹层锅状玻璃容器3下扣于所述水槽2,所述玻璃容器2顶端和下边沿分别设置进海水管口4与出海水管口5,上端的进海水管口4连接进海水管6,下边沿的出海水管口5连接出海水管7,进海水管6长于出海水管7,出海水管7的下端伸于海水面下,进海水管6下端伸于海水深处,使其形成一个虹吸回路,进海水管6加装一风力循环水泵8,利于将海水导入玻璃容器2,水槽1中装一部分淡化的海水,环形集水槽2外接水管9,所述水管9接入集水容器10。
