Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种具有防护盖的发光二极管灯管,包含管体、电路板、两个或两个以上发光二极管(LED)灯、两个电接头以及防护盖;该管体开设有两个或两个以上散热孔,该电路板容设于该管体内部,该LED灯布设在该电路板上,并电连接该电路板,该两个电接头分别套设在该管体的两端并电连接该电路板;该防护盖设置在该LED灯管的管体上。本实用新型还涉及一种防护盖,其具有板体,并在该板体上开设有两个或两个以上穿孔,该穿孔对应该散热孔配置;借此,使该LED灯管达到良好的散热效果,并延长其使用寿命。

防护盖及具有该防护盖的发光二极管灯管
技术领域
本实用新型有关于一种发光二极管(LED)灯管,尤指一种防护盖及具有该防护盖的LED灯管。
背景技术
随着科技的不断发展与进步,电子产品及电子组件越来越朝向轻、薄、短小的趋势发展,前述的电子组件例如:发光二极管(LED),其因为具有小型化、省电、寿命长且环保等优势,故其渐渐地被应用在照明设备上,虽然发光二极管在发展初期上,曾面临到发光亮度不足的窘境,但在近年来材料及技术上的突破,发光二极管的发光效率已有大幅地改善及提高,甚至可媲美传统照明设备的亮度,故其有逐渐取代目前照明设备的趋势。
如公知以LED为照明设备的LED灯管由管体、电路板、两个或两个以上LED灯以及两个电接头所构成,该管体呈透明状,该电路板及两个或两个以上LED灯均容设在该管体内部,该两个电接头则分别套设在该管体的两端并电连接该电路板,在该管体上开设有两个或两个以上散热孔,该散热孔的断面均呈矩形状,且该散热孔均位于该电路板的上方,并在该电路板的下方则布设有与其电连接的该LED灯;借此,以构成此LED灯管。
然而,公知的LED灯管,在实际使用上仍存在有下述缺点,因在LED灯管内部所产生的热气体,经由该散热孔而散逸至外界,故热气体流经该散热孔时,并无法有效提升其流速,从而影响LED灯管的散热效率,此外,蚊虫可经由该散热孔,而直接进入至该管体内部,并残留在该电路板上,除了影响LED灯管的美观外,还会降低LED灯管的使用性能及寿命。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种防护盖及具有该防护盖的LED灯管,可提高LED灯管的散热速度,并延长LED灯管的使用寿命。
因此,本实用新型提供一种具有防护盖的LED灯管,由管体、电路板、两个或两个以上LED灯、两个电接头以及防护盖所构成;该管体开设有两个或两个以上散热孔,该电路板容设于该管体内部,该LED灯布设在该电路板上,并电连接该电路板;该两个电接头分别套设在该管体的两端并电连接该电路板;该防护盖设置在该LED灯管上,该防护盖具板体,并在该板体上开设有两个或两个以上穿孔,该穿孔对应该散热孔配置。
此外,本实用新型还提供一种防护盖,安装在LED灯管上,该LED灯管具有管体,并在该管体上开设有两个或两个以上散热孔,该防护盖具有板体,并在该板体上开设有两个或两个以上穿孔,该穿孔对应该散热孔配置。
本实用新型的防护盖及具有该防护盖的LED灯管,借由防护盖的穿孔的内缘直径小于管体的散热孔的内缘直径,在管体内部所产生的热气体流经散热孔及穿孔而被加速并逸出至外界,故在使用上,可提高LED灯管的散热速度,进而达到良好的散热效果。
同时,本实用新型的防护盖及具有该防护盖的LED灯管,借由防护盖的两个或两个以上穿孔的内缘直径设计比一般蚊虫的体积还要小,故可避免蚊虫经由管体的两个或两个以上散热孔,而直接进入至管体内部,并残留在该电路板上,而影响本实用新型的美观性,及降低本实用新型的使用性能及寿命,故使用本实用新型除了可保持LED灯管的美观性外,并具有延长其使用寿命的效果。
另外,本实用新型的防护盖及具有该防护盖的LED灯管,借由板体的两个或两个以上夹持片设计,以便于将防护盖弹性夹挚在管体上,从而在组装上具有快速、简便并节省组装时间的效果。

具体实施方式
以下的实施例进一步详细说明本实用新型的观点,但非以任何观点限制本实用新型的范畴。
请参阅图1至图3,本实用新型具有防护盖的LED灯管10由管体11、一电路板12、两个或两个以上LED灯13、两个电接头14以及防护盖20所构成。
该管体11可由厚度较薄且透明、透光性好的压克力材料所制作而成,并在该管体11上开设有两个或两个以上散热孔111,该散热孔111间隔排列设置。
该电路板12容设于该管体11内部。该LED灯13布设在该电路板12上,并电连接该电路板12,该LED灯13间隔排列设置,所述该LED灯13可为白光LED灯、黄光LED灯、红光LED灯或蓝光LED灯,但并不以此为限。
该两个电接头14分别套设在该管体11的两端并电连接该电路板12。
该防护盖20设置在该LED灯管10上,该防护盖20具有呈圆弧状的弹性板体21,并在该板体21上开设有两个或两个以上穿孔211,该穿孔211对应该散热孔111配置,且在该板体21的两端分别延伸有两个夹持片22,并在该夹持片22之间形成有容置区23,该管体11容设在该容置区23内,并被该夹持片22弹性夹挚,其中,该穿孔211的内缘直径小于该散热孔111的内缘直径,较佳地,该穿孔211的内缘直径为0.3mm,而该散热孔111的内缘直径为0.5mm,另外,该夹持片22除了可弹性夹挚在该管体11上外,还可设计较长的该板体21,以将该夹持片22弹性夹挚在该两个电接头14上。
组装本实用新型时,如图2及图3所示,首先将该板体21的容置区23对应该管体11后,并将该板体21弹性压入,使该管体11容置于该容置区23内,并被该夹持片22弹性夹挚,再调整该穿孔211使其对应该散热孔111,以完成本实用新型的组装作业;因此,本实用新型在组装上具有快速、简便并节省组装时间的效果。
使用本实用新型时,请参阅图4及图5,将已组装完成的本实用新型装设于已固定在天花板30上的灯座40内,该灯座40包含有灯罩41、以及设于该灯罩41内并已电连接电源的两个电接座42,首先将本实用新型以该两个电接头14分别插接于该两个电接座42内固定,该LED灯13即产生出热能及光源并照射出,且本实用新型于使用的过程中,所产生的热气体,可经由该散热孔111及该穿孔211而逸出至外界,由于该穿孔211的内缘直径比该散热孔111的内缘直径小,故当热气体流经该散热孔111及该穿孔211的过程中具有被加速的作用;因此,本实用新型在使用上,可提升该LED灯管10的散热速度,进而达到良好的散热效果。
此外,该防护盖20的该穿孔211的内缘直径设计比一般蚊虫的体积还要小,故可避免蚊虫经由该散热孔111,而直接进入至该管体11内部,并残留在该电路板12上,而影响本实用新型的美观性(因该管体11呈透明状),也降低本实用新型的使用性能及寿命,因此,本实用新型的该防护盖20设计除了可保持该LED灯管10的美观性外,并具有延长其使用寿命的效果。
请参阅图6,为本实用新型发光二极管灯管的另一种实施例的截面图,本实施例与前述实施例的差别在于该夹持片22的内侧分别成型有卡钩221,而该管体11的外周壁则成型有两个或两个以上扣槽112,该扣槽112对应该卡钩221卡挚固定,故可迅速将该防护盖20组装至该管体11上,可避免调整该穿孔211对应该散热孔111所需时间的浪费,并具有前述实施例相同的效果。
请参阅图7,为本实用新型发光二极管灯管的又一种实施例的截面图,本实施例与前述实施例的差别在于该穿孔211′的剖面呈圆锥状,以当热气体流经该散热孔111及该穿孔211′的过程中具有被加速的作用,同样具有前述实施例相同的效果,而为本实用新型的另一实施的形式。
综上所述,应用本实用新型除了可保持LED灯管的美观性外,且可延长其使用寿命并可达到良好的散热效果,以解决公知技术的种种缺失,实已具备高度产业利用价值。
以上所述,仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例而已,并非用于限定本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (13)

1.一种具有防护盖的发光二极管灯管,其特征在于,包括:
管体,开设有两个或两个以上散热孔;
电路板,容设于该管体内部;
两个或两个以上发光二极管灯,布设在该电路板上,并电连接该电路板;
两个电接头,分别套设在该管体的两端并电连接该电路板;以及
防护盖,设置在该管体上,该防护盖具有板体,并在该板体上开设有两个或两个以上穿孔,该穿孔对应该散热孔配置。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有防护盖的发光二极管灯管,其特征在于,所述发光二极管灯间隔排列设置,所述散热孔间隔排列设置。
3.如权利要求1所述的具有防护盖的发光二极管灯管,其特征在于,所述板体为圆弧状弹性板体。
4.如权利要求1所述的具有防护盖的发光二极管灯管,其特征在于,所述板体的两端分别延伸有两个夹持片,该夹持片弹性夹挚在该管体上。
5.如权利要求4所述的具有防护盖的发光二极管灯管,其特征在于,所述夹持片的内侧分别成型有卡钩,而所述管体的外周壁则成型有两个或两个以上扣槽,该扣槽对应该卡钩卡挚固定。
6.如权利要求1所述的具有防护盖的发光二极管灯管,其特征在于,所述穿孔的内缘直径小于该散热孔的内缘直径。
7.如权利要求1所述的具有防护盖的发光二极管灯管,其特征在于,所述穿孔的剖面呈圆锥状。
8.一种防护盖,安装在发光二极管灯管上,该发光二极管灯管具有管体,并在该管体上开设有两个或两个以上散热孔,其特征在于,该防护盖具有板体,并在该板体上开设有两个或两个以上穿孔,该穿孔对应该散热孔配置。
9.如权利要求8所述的防护盖,其特征在于,所述板体为圆弧状弹性板体。
10.如权利要求8所述的防护盖,其特征在于,所述板体的两端分别延伸有两个夹持片,该夹持片弹性夹挚在该管体上。
11.如权利要求10所述的防护盖,其特征在于,所述夹持片的内侧分别成型有卡钩,而所述管体的外周壁则成型有两个或两个以上扣槽,该扣槽对应该卡钩卡挚固定。
12.如权利要求8所述的防护盖,其特征在于,所述穿孔的内缘直径小于该散热孔的内缘直径。
13.如权利要求8所述的防护盖,其特征在于,所述穿孔的剖面呈圆锥状。
