本实用新型的技术方案：面粉筛的筛体底面是纱布，筛体的两端设有两个持耳。
与现有技术比较，本实用新型可以在制作面食时，均匀地把面粉撒在案板或面皮上，那么面皮或面团就不会沾在案板上，而设置持耳则可以使操作更加方便。

本实用新型的实施例：如图1所示，筛体1的底面是纱布2，筛体1的两端设有两个持耳3。将面粉倒入筛体1中，两手握住持耳3晃动筛体1，面粉通过筛体1底面的纱布2均匀地落下来。
