Abstract

LED聚光灯属于冷光源,尤其是一种具有多个LED的发光装置。本实用新型包括发光二极管和电路板,发光二极管安装在电路板上,发光二极管组成的图形是具有菲涅耳波带片的光缝形状的同心圆;发光二极管使用顶部为球面形状的发光二极管。本实用新型结构简单,成本较低,具有较高的照度,适宜在各种需要强光照明的场合使用。

本实用新型属于冷光源,尤其是一种具有多个LED的发光装置。
背景技术
现有LED照明技术中,为了增强灯具的照度通常使用的手段是采用多个LED发光单元密集排布或者加上反光碗,这些办法使灯具的成本有所增加。如何用较少的LED发光单元产生较高照度是急需解决的问题。
实用新型内容
为解决LED照明领域上述问题,本实用新型提供一种LED聚光灯,通过按照特定的排列方式去布置LED发光单元达到增强LED灯具的照度。
本实用新型包括发光二极管和电路板,发光二极管安装在电路板上,发光二极管组成的图形是具有菲涅耳波带片的光缝形状的同心圆;作为本实用新型的优选,发光二极管使用顶部为球面形状的发光二极管并且发光二极管使用直流电进行激励。
本实用新型把所有发光二极管按照菲涅耳波带片的光缝形状和尺寸排列成多个同心圆环带,每个园环带当成是二次发射波的单元,模拟出菲涅耳波带片的衍射场,使光束在投射路径进行多次汇聚,产生高亮度光柱。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进行进一步详细的说明。
参见图1,实施例1具有116只顶部为球面形状的白光发光二极管1,按照菲涅耳波带片的光缝形状和尺寸进行排列,它们全部由直流电源激励发光。发光二极管1分成三个同心圆垂直地焊接在电路板2上,电路板2固定在壳体3上。三个同心圆模拟出一块菲涅耳波带片的三个环状光缝,从不同直径同心环带射出的光在前方汇聚,并在光束的中心产生高亮度的光斑。
参见图2,平行单色光从左边照射菲涅耳波带片,当平行单色光从菲涅耳波带片的光缝射出时产生衍射。
参见图3,实施例2用4个同心布置的发光二极管圆环模拟了一块菲涅耳波带片的4条光缝,这4个发光二极管圆环的直径分别是83mm、102mm、117mm和130mm。
参见图4,实施例3只用2圈发光二极管去模拟一块菲涅耳波带片的2条光缝,同样可以做到LED灯射出的光柱中心不但没有暗区而且亮度增强。
本实用新型结构简单,成本较低,具有较高的照度,适宜在各种需要强光照明的场合使用。

Claims (2)

1.一种LED聚光灯,包括发光二极管(1)和电路板(2),发光二极管(1)安装在电路板(2)上,其特征在于:所述发光二极管(1)组成的图形是具有菲涅耳波带片的光缝形状的同心圆。
2.按照权利要求1所述的LED聚光灯,其特征在于:所述发光二极管(1)是顶部为球面形状的发光二极管。
