技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种装饰灯泡。
背景技术
目前,灯泡作为主要的光源应用在人们生活的各个领域。然而,由于灯泡是以加热灯丝使其发光的原理工作,所以在灯泡工作的过程中会产生较大的热量,除了浪费了大量的电能外,还为灯泡的使用带来安全隐患。现有技术中有一种节能灯泡,其结构是参照日光灯管的工作原理,利用镇流器给涂了电子粉的灯丝加热,到较低的温度时灯丝即可发射电子,并通过灯泡里的汞原子跃迁产生紫外线,紫外线激发灯泡里的荧光粉发光。但是,这种结构的灯泡由于还是采用加热发光的原理,因而其工作时还是会浪费电能,未能完全达到节能的最终目的。而且,由于在工作过程中产生热量,灯泡在长时间使用后容易发黑、损坏。因此现有的灯泡结构仍然有待于进一步改善。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种环保节能、结构简单和散热效果好的装饰灯泡。
本实用新型的发明目的是这样实现的:一种装饰灯泡,包括与电源连接的灯头和与灯头活动连接的灯罩,其特征在于:所述灯头上设有安装LED灯的灯板,该灯板与灯头之间设有散热装置。
所述散热装置为外壁呈鳍片状的中空金属管。
所述灯头、散热装置和灯板之间通过紧固件相互连接。
所述灯板为铝板。
本实用新型对现有技术的节能灯具进行改进,在灯头上设有安装LED灯的灯板,该灯板为铝板;灯板与灯头之间设有散热装置,该散热装置为外壁呈鳍片状的中空金属管。通过采用铝材质和增设中空的散热装置,简单的散热结构,加快了LED灯内的散热速度,有效保证了LED灯的正常工作。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
根据附图1所示,本实用新型的装饰灯泡,包括灯头1和灯罩2,其中灯头1与电源连接,该灯头1由采用塑料材质制成的灯头件和螺纹金属头组成,灯头件一端与螺纹金属头螺纹连接,另一端与灯罩2活动连接,方便使用者拆装灯头1和灯罩2,灯头件为中空体,其内部设有恒流器,保证LED灯3的电流稳定性。灯头1上设有灯板4,该灯板4为铝板,灯板4上开有至少一个安装LED灯的孔,避免出现过热的工作温度导致LED灯3内的物理特性改变,使LED灯无法达到预定的亮度的情况出现。在灯板4底部设有底板,用于使灯板4牢固安装于灯板4与灯头1之间设有散热装置5上,同时避免了灯板4变形。散热装置5为中空金属管,其外壁呈鳍片状的并向顺时针方向弯曲,加快了热量的挥发。灯头1、散热装置5和灯板4之间通过紧固件7相互连接,紧固件7为螺钉,保证了灯头1、散热装置5和灯板4之间的连接牢固。本实用新型的装饰灯泡,通过采用铝材质的灯板4和增设中空的散热装置5,简单的散热结构,加快了LED灯3内的散热速度,有效保证了LED灯3的正常工作。

1.一种装饰灯泡,包括与电源连接的灯头(1)和与灯头(1)活动连接的灯罩(2),其特征在于:所述灯头(1)上设有安装LED灯(3)的灯板(4),该灯板(4)与灯头(1)之间设有散热装置(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装饰灯泡,其特征在于:所述散热装置(5)为外壁呈鳍片状的中空金属管。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装饰灯泡,其特征在于:所述灯头(1)、散热装置(5)和灯板(4)之间通过紧固件(7)相互连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的装饰灯泡,其特征在于:所述灯板(4)为铝板。
