Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a clothes dryer, still relate to the clothes dryer that uses the microwave to dry the clothing.
Background
The working principle of the existing drum clothes dryer is as follows: the hot air evaporates moisture on the laundry and is discharged out of the machine by heating the flowing air, and simultaneously, enables each part of the laundry to be uniformly dried by the rotation of the drum.
Fig. 1 is a sectional view of a related art dryer. The existing clothes dryer includes: a case 10 provided in a hexahedral shape so as to have an inner space; a drum 30 rotatably disposed within the housing 10; a driving motor 20 installed in the casing 10 and generating a driving force to rotate the drum 30; a belt 40 and a pulley 41 for connecting the driving motor 20 with the drum 30 and transmitting a rotational force of the driving motor 20 to the drum 30; a rear plate 50 formed as a circular plate for covering the rear side of the drum 30 and having a vent 51 formed of a plurality of through holes; and a front plate 60, which is provided in a circular plate for covering the front side of the drum 30, and has an inlet 61 and an air vent 62.
In addition, the dryer further includes: an air suction duct 70 connected to the air port 51 for a passage of air sucked into the drum 30 from the outside; a heater (H) mounted to an inlet portion of the air suction duct 70 for heating the sucked air; an exhaust duct 80 connected to the air vent 62 of the front plate 60, for a passage of air exhausted to complete a drying process in the drum; and a fan 91 installed in the air vent 80 and generating air blowing by means of the driving motor 20. A door (D) for opening/closing the dryer is mounted to a front surface of the case 10, and a filter (F) for filtering foreign substances such as lint is installed in the exhaust duct 80. Reference numeral R denotes a roller for supporting the drum 30, and reference numeral 11 denotes a plurality of ventilation holes provided at the housing 10.
The operation of the above-described conventional clothes dryer will be explained as follows.
First, the user opens a door (D) installed at the front surface of the cabinet 10, puts laundry into the drum 30 through the entrance 61, and closes the door (D), and, when the user turns on the operation switch, power is supplied to the driving motor 20 and the driving motor 20 is operated. The driving force generated by the driving motor 20 is transmitted to the drum 30 through the pulley 40 and the belt 41, and thus the drum 30 is rotated while the fan 91 connected to the driving motor 20 is operated. As the drum 30 rotates, the laundry put in the drum 30 falls in a rotating manner. Meanwhile, the air sucked from the outside by the suction force of the fan 91 is heated by the heater (H) and flows into the drum 30 through the air vents 51 of the rear plate 50. The heated air drawn into the drum 30 through the air vents 51 of the rear plate 50 dries the laundry falling into the drum 30 in a rotating manner, and is discharged through the air vents 62 of the front plate 60. This moisture-containing air discharged through the vent 62 is then discharged to the outside of the case 10 through the exhaust duct 80. By continuously performing this process, the laundry put in the drum 30 is dried, and when the drying process is completed, the user opens the door (D) and takes out the laundry to be dried through the inlet 61. Meanwhile, a plurality of dial bodies 32 rotating together with the drum 30 are mounted to the inner circumference of the drum 30 to rotate the laundry within the drum 30.
In more detail, as shown in fig. 2 and 3 (fig. 2 is a sectional view taken along line a-a of fig. 1; fig. 3 is an expanded view of the drum), the drum 30 of the dryer is provided with a cylindrical drum body 31 and a plurality of dial bodies 32, and the plurality of dial bodies 32 (generally, 3 in total) are protruded from the inner circumference of the cylindrical drum body 31 toward the rotational center at regular intervals. In the general dryer, three dial bodies 32 are provided in an elongated manner along a length direction of the cylindrical drum 31, wherein the three dial bodies 32 protrude from an inner circumference of the cylindrical drum 31 at an angle of 120 degrees in a normal direction of the cylindrical drum 31. The dryer including the three dial bodies 32 moves and lifts the laundry in the drum 30 to the upper portion of the drum 30 while the cylindrical drum 31 rotates, at which time the waving body 32 having the laundry hung on the upper portion is moved to the upper portion of the drum 30, the laundry freely falls from the upper portion to the bottom of the drum 30, and the laundry is dried while contacting with the heated air sucked through the air vents 51 of the rear plate 50 while falling.
However, in the above-described clothes dryer, since the lengths of the three dial bodies 32 are the same as the length of the cylindrical drum 31, it is difficult to uniformly disperse the clothes, so that the clothes are gathered around one place or are gathered randomly. When the amount of clothes is large, the clothes are accumulated among the three dial bodies 32 and tightly attached to the inner wall of the drum 30, so that the airflow channel between the air vent 51 and the air vent 62 is blocked, the evaporation area of the clothes is reduced, and the quick drying of the clothes is not facilitated. Therefore, the drying efficiency is drastically reduced.
More importantly, in the clothes dryer, the clothes drying is mainly completed by heating the clothes by the heater (H), and the drying speed of the clothes is not fast enough.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 4, the dryer includes a housing 1. The drum 3 is rotatably disposed within the casing 1. The drive motor 2 is mounted in the housing 1. The drive motor 2 is connected with the drum 3 through a drive connection. An air inlet 4 and an air outlet 5 are respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end of the shell 1. Further, a microwave generator 6 is installed between the drum 3 and the casing 1. The microwave generator 6 generally includes a microwave power transformer, a magnetron, a waveguide, a stirring blade, a thermal cut-off, a cooling fan motor, a capacitor, and auxiliary components to generate uniform microwaves.
The microwave oscillates at a high speed, so that water molecules collide violently, a large amount of heat is generated quickly and uniformly and gasified, and meanwhile, a large amount of saturated gas is taken away by proper air quantity. The laundry is stored in the drum 3, the drum 3 is uniformly rotated, the drum 3 is made of a plastic material which hardly absorbs microwaves, the microwave generator 6 is outside the drum 3, and the drum 3 is rotated or microwaves are emitted to all parts of the drying chamber by adopting an angle change mode of the reflecting plate. The fan exhausts the evaporated wet and hot air out of the machine through the air outlet 5, and the peripheral shell is made of metal material (such as stainless steel) with radiation-proof capability. The microwave has strong permeability and high heat efficiency, and improves the drying speed of clothes.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 4 is a plan view of a drum in the dryer of the present embodiment. The drum 3 will be rotatably disposed within the housing of the dryer. The drum 3 comprises a cylindrical barrel. Three stirring bodies 3c are uniformly distributed on the inner circumferential surface 3a of the drum body, and the stirring bodies 3c are used for driving the clothes to rotate in the drum 3. In addition, three groups of ribs 3b are uniformly distributed on the inner circumferential surface 3a of the drum 3 towards the center of the drum, the three groups of ribs 3b are respectively positioned between two adjacent shifting bodies 3c, namely 7 ribs 3b are uniformly distributed between every two adjacent shifting bodies 3c, and as can be seen from the figure, the height of each rib 3b is less than that of the shifting body 3c, because the shifting body 3b is used for stirring clothes, the height of the shifting body cannot be too low, otherwise, the clothes cannot be stirred; and an airflow channel is formed between the adjacent ribs 3c, and if the ribs 3c are too high, the airflow channel is easily blocked by clothes. An air channel is formed between every two adjacent ribs 3b, and the air channel is slender, so that the clothes can not block the air channel generally.
In addition, for the convenience of processing, the three pulling bodies of the first embodiment are removed and replaced by three ribs, that is, 24 ribs are uniformly distributed on the inner circumferential surface of the drum. Although the clothes are not driven to rotate in the drum by the poking bodies, the clothes can be driven to rotate in the drum by friction force by the ribs with a large number.
Of course, the present invention may have other variations, for example, the number of ribs in the drum is not limited to the number indicated in the above embodiments, and the number may be controlled to be larger than 8. In conclusion, obvious modifications and other changes from the embodiments described above are intended to be included within the scope of the appended claims.
