本实用新型公开了一种洗衣机用低水压大流量进水装置,包括有阀体,阀体前端与侧壁分别与进水口与出水口相联通,阀体后端安装有阀盖,阀体内安装有阀芯,所述的阀芯前端安装有密封碗,阀芯外套装有复位弹簧,将阀芯前端的密封碗顶住以关闭阀体进水口,阀芯后端伸出阀盖上开孔与牵引器连接。本实用新型采用牵引器和复位弹簧、密封碗控制阀门的通断。改进水阀结构可以用于波轮式、滚筒式、搅拌式或其他形式中的任一种。适应于低水压状态下洗衣机正常进水。

背景技术
当前全自动洗衣机一般使用传统进水阀,由阀体、阀盘、铁芯等组成,其原理是:通电时,电磁力使铁芯移动松开泄压孔,使该腔室压力迅速下降,在密封的橡胶膜和阀盘周围形成压差,水压推动密封件向铁芯侧移动,阀门打开;断电时,弹簧力使铁芯把泄压孔关闭,入口压力通过旁通孔迅速腔室在阀盘和橡胶膜周围形成相反的压差,水压推动阀盘向下移动,关闭阀门。特点:水压范围上限较高,但必须满足流体压差条件。对水压要求较高,在水压极低时进水量小,导致洗衣机无法正常使用。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种洗衣机用低水压大流量进水装置,在水压极低时,仍然可以进水,满足洗衣机洗涤的需要。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种洗衣机用低水压大流量进水装置,其特征在于:包括有阀体,阀体前端与侧壁分别与进水口和出水口相联通,阀体后端安装有阀盖,阀体内安装有阀芯,所述的阀芯前端安装有密封碗,阀芯外套装有复位弹簧,将阀芯前端的密封碗顶住以关闭阀体进水口,阀芯后端与牵引器连接。
所述的洗衣机用低水压大流量进水装置,其特征在于:所述的密封碗为帽形结构,帽顶与阀芯固定,帽体为波纹管可伸缩结构,复位弹簧位于帽体内,帽沿通过阀盖压在阀体后端面上,构成密封结构。
而本实用新型进水装置原理如下:通电后,牵引器通过钢丝使阀门实现拉开,由于该结构下阀门的直径可以很大,同时密封碗橡胶件在牵引器的电机拉动下也可实现很大的变形,大的进水管路可以使洗衣机在进水压力极低时也能有大的进水量,从而保证洗衣机的正常工作;进水完毕后,断电,牵引器松开,在阀体内复位弹簧的作用下,橡胶密封碗重新将阀体密封,停止进水。

具体实施方式
一种洗衣机用低水压大流量进水装置,包括有阀体1,阀体1前端与侧壁分别与进水口8与出水口9相联通,阀体1后端安装有阀盖4,阀体1内安装有阀芯5,阀芯5前端安装有密封碗2,阀芯5外套装有复位弹簧3,将阀芯5前端的密封碗2顶住以关闭阀体进水口8,阀芯5后端伸出阀盖4上开孔通过钢丝6与牵引电机7连接。
其动作原理如下:牵引器通电后,钢丝6拉动阀芯5向牵引电机方向移动,阀芯5同时拉动密封碗2移动,使进水通路打开,同时复位弹簧3被压缩;开始进水。
牵引器断电后,在复位弹簧3弹力作用下,阀芯5推动密封碗2顺弹力方向移动,并被压紧到阀体1的密封端面上,使进水通路关闭,进水结束。

1.一种洗衣机用低水压大流量进水装置,其特征在于:包括有阀体,阀体前端与侧壁分别与进水口和出水口相联通,阀体后端安装有阀盖,阀体内安装有阀芯,所述的阀芯前端安装有密封碗,阀芯外套装有复位弹簧,将阀芯前端的密封碗顶住以关闭阀体进水口,阀芯后端与牵引器连接。
