为达到上述目的，本实用新型擦灯管器，包括弧形抓、杆体和弹簧，为在杆体的顶端设有弧形抓，弧形抓下端铰接有活动抓，活动抓的下端设有一拉绳座，活动抓与拉绳座之间设有弹簧，沿杆体布置的拉绳一端与活动抓连接，弧形抓与活动抓内侧分别设有海绵。
本实用新型的优点是：结构简单、使用方便，有效地帮助人们清洗位于高处的灯泡。

具体实施方式  如图1示，本实用新型擦灯管器，包括弧形抓1、杆体2和弹簧3，为在杆体2的顶端设有弧形抓1，弧形抓1下端铰接有活动抓6，活动抓6的下端设有一拉绳座4，活动抓6与拉绳座4之间设有弹簧3，沿杆体2布置的拉绳4一端与活动抓6的连接，弧形抓1与活动抓6内侧分别设有海绵5。
