现在市场上常见的袜子有尼龙袜和棉袜。尼龙袜是最常见和最普通的，其强度较高、耐磨性较好、弹力强，且价格便宜，但是其吸汗和透气性差。棉袜吸汗和透气性好，但其受潮后不容易干，同时强度和耐磨性较差，容易破损。最近市场上又出现了一种双层复合袜，其内层为尼龙、氨纶或锦纶，外层为棉，较好的兼顾了尼龙袜和棉袜的优点。但是其保健功能却不够强。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种保健功能好的袜子。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：一种袜子，包括支撑层和棉层，其特征是：所述袜子还设有一个竹纤维层。
作为一种优选，所述袜子的竹纤维层在最外层，中间层是棉层，最内层是支撑层。

由于竹纤维具有抗菌抑菌、抗紫外线、吸湿排湿、抗静电和防辐射等特点，所以增加了竹纤维层后，袜子的保健性能得到增强，人体舒适度也相应提高。
