本实用新型涉及一种LED日光灯管,包括本体,所述本体由金属座,安装在金属座上的透光灯罩、设置金属座内的PCB板和安装在PCB板上的LED灯构成,其中:所述PCB板底面和金属座之间设有一层相贴合导热的导热绝缘层;本实用新型具有散热效果好、结构简单、投光效果好、体积小、成本低和外形美观等优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种日光灯管,尤其是指一种LED日光灯管。
背景技术
传统的LED灯通常是直接将控制线路板安装在塑料材质的圆形管空间内或者安装在金属底座和灯罩构成的封闭空间内,控制线路板架空或直接座设在底座内,并在PCB板下部设置LED灯的控制元件,其控制线路板对外传散热是靠空气传导散热,虽设置了金属底座却未能解决灯体散热问题,灯体整体温度过高而降低使用寿命,灯体体积大而成本高且不美观。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种散热效果好、结构简单、投光效果好、体积小、成本低和外形美观的一种LED日光灯管。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种LED日光灯管,包括本体,所述本体由金属座,安装在金属座上的透光灯罩、设置金属座内的PCB板和安装在PCB板上的LED灯构成,其中:所述PCB板底面和金属座之间设有一层相贴合导热的导热绝缘层。
上述的一种LED日光灯管所述本体的整体外形呈长条形。
上述的一种LED日光灯管所述本体的横截面外形呈圆形或方型。
上述的一种LED日光灯管所述本体两端还设有灯头。
上述的一种LED日光灯管所述金属座和透光灯罩横截面为相对称扣接的半圆形,所述金属座中设有一体的固定平板,PCB板和导热绝缘层相贴合座设固定在固定平板上。
上述的一种LED日光灯管所述LED灯的控制元件设置在灯头内的PCB板两端部。
本实用新型采用上述结构后,通过在PCB板和金属座之间导热绝缘层,导热绝缘层是矽胶材料或硅胶材料,它能使PCB板的热量直接传导到金属座,充份利用金属座传导散热快的特性,大大降低了灯体内的温度;金属座和透光灯罩构成长条形的本体,其相扣接的横截面外形呈圆形,并能充份利用两端灯头的空间来置放控制元件,具有整体美观和结构紧凑特点,对应的透光灯罩横截面为半圆形增强投光和聚光效果。

具体实施方式
实施例1,如图1至图3中所示,一种LED日光灯管,包括的铝合金长条形的本体1,其横截面外形呈圆形,由金属座11,安装在金属座11上的透光灯罩12、设置金属座11内的PCB板13和安装在PCB板13上的LED灯14构成,金属座11和透光灯罩12横截面为相对称扣接的半圆形,金属座11中一体成型的固定平板11a,PCB板13底面和金属座11的固定平板11a之间设有一层相贴合导热的导热绝缘层15,导热绝缘层15为矽胶,PCB板13和导热绝缘层15相贴合座设固定在固定平板11a上;本体1两端还设有T8型灯头16;LED灯14的控制元件设置在灯头16内的PCB板13两端部。
实施例2,如图4中所示,一种LED日光灯管,包括的铝合金长条形的本体1,由长槽形的金属座11、安装在金属座11上的透光灯罩12、设置金属座11内的PCB板13和安装在PCB板13上的LED灯14构成,金属座11横截面外形呈方形,透光灯罩12截面外形呈半圆形,PCB板13底面和金属座11底板的内壁面之间设有一层相贴合导热的导热绝缘层15,导热绝缘层15为硅胶;本体1两端还设有灯头16;LED灯14的控制元件设置在灯头16内的PCB板13两端部。
本实用新型具体使用时,本体1通过灯头16外端的连接脚扣接在固定灯座上。

Claims (6)

1.一种LED日光灯管,包括本体(1),所述本体(1)由金属座(11)、安装在金属座(11)上的透光灯罩(12)、设置金属座(11)内的PCB板(13)和安装在PCB板(13)上的LED灯(14)构成,其特征在于:所述PCB板(13)底面和金属座(11)之间设有一层相贴合导热的导热绝缘层(15)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED日光灯管,其特征在于:所述本体(1)的整体外形呈长条形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED日光灯管,其特征在于:所述本体(1)的横截面外形呈圆形或方型。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED日光灯管,其特征在于:所述本体(1)两端还设有灯头(16)。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种LED日光灯管,其特征在于:所述金属座(11)和透光灯罩(12)横截面为相对称扣接的半圆形,所述金属座(11)中设有一体的固定平板(11a),PCB板(13)和导热绝缘层(15)相贴合座设固定在固定平板(11a)上。
6.根据权利要求1或4所述的一种LED日光灯管,其特征在于:所述LED灯(14)的控制元件设置在灯头(16)内的PCB板(13)两端部。
