本实用新型涉及一种电子锁头。
背景技术
目前,市场上电子锁体种类繁多,如人们广泛使用射频数码锁,是基于RFID技术的ID数码(电子)锁,但能利用干电池供电的射频功数码锁尚没有开发应用,其主要原因是RFID的读码电路耗电大,不适合于干电池供电场所。同时,现有的电子数码锁,其读码模块长时间处于通电状态,因而能耗较大,并且读码线圈的设置方式不合理,另外,现有技术锁头的安全性和可靠性还有待提高,机械结构比较复杂,生产成本较高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了解决现有技术之不足,而提供的一种结构简单,成本低、安全能耗低的电子锁头。
本实用新型是采用如下技术解决方案来实现上述目的:
本电子锁头,主要包括锁舌、密码钥匙,设置在内部的锁芯,控制电路,锁芯外围的绝缘件,其特征在于:锁芯上设置有与锁匙接触的检测电极和读码电极;所述钥匙内嵌有ID芯片,外部与读码电极连接处设置有可伸缩探针。
所述探针设置在钥匙上的孔槽内,孔槽内设置一以实现探针头伸缩的弹簧。
所述检测电极设置在锁芯内匙槽外;读码电极设置在锁芯上,读码电极外部与钥匙上端接触。
本实用新型采用上述技术解决方案所能达到的有益效果是:
1、本电子锁头在开锁或上锁时,插入钥匙后,探针与读码电极接触,实现ID密码芯片的电极与控制电路连接而读码,以判断信息为合法信息或非法开锁信息,再进行开锁、上锁或强制锁定,安全性高;加上结构比较简单,生产成本低。
2、本实用新型仅在钥匙插入后,控制电路才通电;而在未插入的情况下,控制电路处于待机状态,损耗低。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示,本实用新型电子锁头,主要包括锁舌、插入锁头2内的密码钥匙1,设置在锁头2内部的锁芯4,设置在锁芯外围的绝缘件3,锁芯4上设置有与锁匙1接触的读码电极A和检测电极B,控制电路;所述检测电极A设置在锁芯内匙槽外;读码电极设置在锁芯上,读码电极外部与钥匙上端接触。所述钥匙1内嵌有ID芯片5,外部与读码电极A连接处设置有一可伸缩探针6,该探针6设置在钥匙上的孔槽内,孔槽内设置一以实现探针头伸缩的弹簧,当钥匙插入后,探针头与读码电极连接,即可以进行读码;控制电路开始工作,即可根据读码信息,进行相应的开关锁或强制闭锁等操作,结构简单,安全节能,使用方便。

1、一种电子锁头,主要包括锁舌、密码钥匙,设置在内部的锁芯,控制电路,锁芯外围的绝缘件,其特征在于:锁芯上设置有与锁匙接触的检测电极和读码电极;所述钥匙内嵌有ID芯片,外部与读码电极连接处设置有可伸缩探针。
2、根据权利要求1所述的电子锁头,其特征在于:所述探针设置在钥匙上的孔槽内,孔槽内设置一以实现探针伸缩的弹簧。
3、根据权利要求1所述的电子锁头,其特征在于:所述检测电极设置在锁芯内匙槽外;读码电极设置在锁芯上,读码电极外部与钥匙上端接触。
