(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种骨伤固定夹板，尤其是涉及一种透气性好的骨伤固定夹板。
(二)背景技术
骨伤，尤其是骨折，通常需要机械固定，以便使其恢复，主要是使其复位和骨痂形成。目前多采用石膏绷带对骨伤部位进行固定，但是石膏固定需要水化结晶过程，固定特别麻烦，并且石膏透X射线性差，不便于观察骨伤恢复情况。并且透气性差，对患者皮肤伤害比较重。另外采用夹板固定是比较古老的骨伤固定方式，目前应用也很广。但是其多为木质材料，考虑到强度要求，常常采用比较厚重的板材。另外其塑性差，固定不稳固。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型针对目前骨伤固定方式多使用不便，且普遍透气性差的缺陷，提供了一种使用方便，且透气性好，轻便且固定稳固的骨伤固定夹板。
本实用新型采用的技术方案为：
本实用新型骨伤固定夹板，包括夹板体和固定于夹板体背面的扎带，还包括位于所述夹板体内侧的内衬，该内衬为沿夹板体纵向均布的条形内衬，各条形内衬间的夹板体上设置有通孔；所述夹板体为铝合金材质，其横截面为弧形。
上述骨伤固定夹板，所述夹板体为通过铰链部铰接在一起的两块条形板。
本实用新型骨伤固定夹板包括有位于所述夹板体内侧的内衬，相应于原来的木质夹板，本实用新型采用铝合金材质，设置内衬主要为考虑患者使用舒服。该内衬为沿夹板体纵向均布的条形内衬，各条形内衬间的夹板体上设置有通孔，这样透气性好，同时皮肤分泌物可以排出，另外也便于观察患者皮肤状况。铝合金属于一种轻质，且强度高的材质，故而可以做的厚度比较薄，且该材质透X射线性好，便于对受伤骨骼恢复状况进行观察。且其横截面为弧形，当然曲率可以用大一些的，以增大与皮肤的接触面积，绑扎更牢靠，且对皮肤伤害小。

参照说明附图1至3，本实用新型骨伤固定夹板，包括夹板体3和固定于夹板体背面的扎带5，还包括位于所述夹板体3内侧的内衬2，该内衬为沿夹板体纵向均布的条形内衬，各条形内衬间的夹板体上设置有通孔1；所述夹板体为铝合金材质，其横截面为弧形。上述内衬可以采用棉质或海绵等感觉舒服，并有一定透气性的材料，以使患者感觉舒服。
为增加绑扎的稳定性，本实用新型夹板体3采用通过铰链部4铰接在一起的两块条形板。

1.一种骨伤固定夹板，包括夹板体(3)和固定于夹板体背面的扎带(5)，其特征在于：还包括位于所述夹板体(3)内侧的内衬(2)，该内衬为沿夹板体纵向均布的条形内衬，各条形内衬间的夹板体上设置有通孔(1)；所述夹板体为铝合金材质，其横截面为弧形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的骨伤固定夹板，其特征在于：所述夹板体(3)为通过铰链部(4)铰接在一起的两块条形板。
