Abstract

本实用新型提供的是用于植物栽培日光温室保温帘。由上下两层防水纤维织物包裹保温纤维层和护网构成帘体,在帘体左右两侧分别固定连接有左搭扣和右搭扣,在帘体上下两端分别间隔设有绑扎孔和拉环体及拉环,在帘体上缝有竖行线和横行线。由于在帘体的两侧连接有搭扣,有利于帘与帘的搭接,由于在帘体的上下两侧设有拉环体和拉环及绑扎孔,有利于帘体与温室上下锚固,所以可以抗风,同时其帘体面层采用防水涂层的纤维织物,因而还可以防水,不至于由于帘体吸湿加重导致压跨棚架现象的发生。本实用新型适宜在农作物栽培的日光温室上作为保温用品应用。

本实用新型提供的是用于植物栽培的日光温室保温帘。
背景技术
在本实用新型提出以前,日光温室保温盖帘通常由稻草绑扎制成的,这种帘容易受到风的作用而翻移,而且其上有若干空隙,容易引起漏风,保温效果不好,另外由于稻草容易吸湿,增加重量而压跨温室,尤其是雪天更是如此。
还有一种用布包裹稻草或其它纤维而制成的保温被,由于其边缘没有锚固点,也容易受到风的作用而移位。
发明内容
为了克服现有日光温室保温帘或保温被的缺点,本实用新型提供一种日光温室保温帘。这种保温帘通过在帘的左右两端连接有尼龙搭扣,在帘的上下两端连接绑扎孔及拉环解决其牢固铺设与保温性能的技术问题。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采取的技术方案是:由上下两层防水纤维织物包裹保温纤维层构成帘体,在帘体左右两侧分别固定连接有左搭扣和右搭扣,在帘体上下两端分别间隔设有绑扎孔和拉环体及拉环,在帘体上缝有竖行线和横行线。
由于在帘体的两侧连接有搭扣,有利于帘与帘的搭接,由于在帘体的上下两侧设有拉环体和拉环及绑扎孔,有利于帘体与温室上下锚固,所以可以抗风,同时其帘体面层采用防水涂层的纤维织物,因而还可以防水,不至于由于帘体吸湿加重导致压跨棚架现象的发生。本实用新型适宜在农作物栽培的日光温室上作为保温材料应用。

具体实施方式
据图1和图2所示,由上下两层防水纤维织物包裹保温纤维层9及护网10构成帘体1,在帘体左右两侧分别固定连接有左搭扣2和右搭扣3,在帘体上下两端分别间隔设有绑扎孔4和拉环体5及拉环6,在帘体上缝有竖行线7和横行线8。
防水纤维层可由纤维织物涂覆防水涂料制成。
保温纤维层可是棉、麻、人造毛、毡及植物和动物纤维,也可是旧衣布纤维。
护网为纤维网状物,起到保护保温纤维层的作用。
绑扎孔可以通过打孔后铆接金属或塑料环状物制成。
拉环体可由纤维织物条缝合拉环制成。
竖行线和横行线是缝制而成的,起到防止保温纤维层滚乱的作用,同时增加了帘体的整体性。

1、日光温室保温帘,由上下两层防水纤维织物包裹保温纤维层(9)和护网(10)构成帘体(1),其特征是:在帘体左右两侧分别固定连接有左搭扣(2)和右搭扣(3),在帘体上下两端分别间隔设有绑扎孔(4)和拉环体(5)及拉环(6),在帘体上缝有竖行线(7)和横行线(8)。
