Abstract

一种磁性螺旋机构,在螺杆(2)的中孔固结径向磁化的圆筒形磁体(1),在螺套(4)外固套径向磁化的圆筒形磁体(3),螺套(4)的内螺纹与螺杆(2)的外螺纹滑配合,圆筒形磁体(3)与圆筒形磁体(1)同极性相对。使用时,将轴穿入圆筒形磁体(1)并固定,将圆环形磁体(3)与运动件或静止件固定。由于圆筒形磁体(1)与圆筒形磁体(3)同极性相对,使螺杆(1)与螺套(4)在配合处产生磁斥力,传动时,所述磁斥力大大减小螺杆(1)与螺套(4)之间的旋合摩擦力,从而大大提高传动效率,而且延长了螺杆(1)与螺套(4)的寿命,还可减少润滑,减轻污染。所以,本实用新型节能、环保。

本实用新型涉及螺旋传动技术,特别是一种磁性螺旋机构。
背景技术
螺旋机构广泛应用于机床、起重设备、锻压机械、测量仪器及其它工业设备。现有的螺旋机构,传动时摩擦力较大,效率很低,螺杆和螺套(螺母)的螺纹磨损较严重而影响寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型克服现有螺旋机构的上述缺陷,设计一种磁性螺旋机构。
本实用新型按下述技术方案实现。
如图1示。在螺杆2的中孔固结径向磁化的圆筒形磁体1,在螺套4外固套径向磁化的圆筒形磁体3,螺套4的内螺纹与螺杆2的外螺纹滑配合,圆筒形磁体3与圆筒形磁体1同极性相对。使用时,将轴穿入圆筒形磁体1并固定,将圆环形磁体3与运动件或静止件固定。
本实用新型的磁体为永磁体或电磁体或超导磁体等。所述螺杆2和螺套4的螺纹是三角螺纹或矩形螺纹或梯形螺纹或锯齿螺纹等。
本实用新型有益的效果是:由于圆筒形磁体1与圆筒形磁体3同极性相对,使螺杆1与螺套4在配合处产生磁斥力,传动时,所述磁斥力大大减小螺杆1与螺套4之间的旋合摩擦力,从而大大提高传动效率,而且延长了螺杆1与螺套4的寿命,还可减少润滑,减轻污染。所以,本实用新型节能、环保。

1.一种磁性螺旋机构,其特征是:在螺杆(2)的中孔固结径向磁化的圆筒形磁体(1),在螺套(4)外固套径向磁化的圆筒形磁体(3),螺套(4)的内螺纹与螺杆(2)的外螺纹滑配合,圆筒形磁体(3)与圆筒形磁体(1)同极性相对;圆筒形磁体(1)和圆筒形磁体(3)为永磁体或电磁体或超导磁体;所述螺杆(2)和螺套(4)的螺纹是三角螺纹或矩形螺纹或梯形螺纹或锯齿螺纹。
