Abstract

新型分体式路灯,涉及一种LED照明器具。现有技术存在加工、运输、维修和安装不便的缺陷,本实用新型包括支承部和连于支承部前侧的散热照明部,所述的支承部后侧设有连接杆,其内设有驱动电路,散热照明部包括散热器和设于散热器下侧的若干LED灯头,支承部和散热照明部可拆卸连接。通过分体式结构在保证LED路灯散热性能和光照效果的前提下,达到了便于加工、运输、维修和使用方便的目的,外形美观。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种LED照明器具,具体是一种新型的分体式路灯。
【背景技术】
现有的LED路灯一般都具有一个整体外壳,外壳的上部设有散热器,散热器下安装LED灯头,驱动电路也设于壳体内。路灯由于照明和散热的需要,其壳体一般比较庞大,整体式壳体加工、运输和安装都十分不便,一旦路灯的某一部件出现故障,则需要将整个路灯拆下来进行维修,十分不便。
【实用新型内容】
为了克服现有技术中存在的上述缺陷,本实用新型提供一种新型分体式路灯,通过设置分体式结构来达到便于加工、运输和维修的目的。
为此,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:新型分体式路灯,其特征在于:它包括支承部和连于支承部前侧的散热照明部,所述的支承部后侧设有连接杆,其内设有驱动电路,散热照明部包括散热器和设于散热器下侧的若干LED灯头,支承部和散热照明部可拆卸连接。本实用新型将负责散热照明和负责受力、电流驱动的两部分分开,分别置于各自的壳体中。两部分可各自进行加工,降低了制造难度,运输时也可分开放置,减小了所占空间。使用时,将两部分装配起来,并将连接杆固定在灯杆上即可。某一部分出现故障或因其他原因需要更换时,只需针对该部分即可,其他部分仍可继续使用,十分方便。
所述的散热照明部前侧连有前罩部。路灯出于美观性考虑,一般在灯具前端设有流线型头部,现有的整体式路灯直接在金属散热体的前端加工出头部形状,制造难度大。本实用新型的前罩部可用塑料材料制成,可先加工好形状再与散热照明部想装配,对LED灯头和散热照明部前端起遮掩作用,易于制造,塑料材料可根据需要制成各种形状,增强了美观性。
所述的支承部前端设有若干凸出的承重筋,散热照明部上则设有对应的传力孔,支承部与散热照明部相连时,承重筋插入传力孔内。散热照明部的重量较大,其形状又较细长,如果靠自身来承受全部重量,易折断。承重筋将散热照明部所受的部分重力传导给支承部并通过连接杆由灯杆来承重,提高了路灯的承重性能。
所述的散热照明部中,散热器上侧分布有纵向散热鳍条,前罩部上侧设有与散热鳍条相配合的鳍条坡,每个鳍条坡向前逐渐沿圆弧形下降,增强了路灯外观的美观性,同时是路灯外壳更平滑,防伤手。
所述的支承部具有金属散热壳体,该金属散热壳体与散热器相连,增大了散热面积,提高了路灯的散热性能。
所述的金属散热壳体与散热器通过超导热管相连,进一步提高散热性能。
所述的散热器包括位于散热照明部顶部的散热块和设于散热块两侧的边罩,边罩通过燕尾槽连接结构与散热块卡接,边罩和前罩部配合形成外罩。
有益效果:本实用新型通过分体式结构在保证LED路灯散热性能和光照效果的前提下,达到了便于加工、运输、维修和使用方便的目的,外形美观。

【具体实施方式】
如图1、2所示的新型分体式路灯,主要由支承部1、散热照明部2和前罩部3组成,支承部1的壳体由底板11和上盖12构成,都可用金属导热材料制成,在支承部壳体和散热照明部2之间还有连接超导热管来增强散热效果。驱动电路13固定于上盖12上,连接杆14的前端也伸入壳体内并用定位箍固定在底板11上。支承部的壳体上设有多个前凸的承重筋15,散热照明部上设有对应的传力孔。
散热照明部2主要包括散热器和设于散热器下侧的LED灯头22和反射内罩体23。散热器由散热块21和设于散热块两侧的边罩24组成,边罩通过燕尾槽连接结构与散热块卡接,并与前罩部3配合形成外罩。散热块上分布有纵向散热鳍条,前罩部3一般用塑料材料制成,其上侧设有与散热鳍条相配合的鳍条坡,每个鳍条坡向前逐渐沿圆弧形下降。
加工运输时,灯具的各部分可分别进行,然后于使用现场进行装配,将连接杆固定于灯杆或固定物上即可,十分方便。

1、新型分体式路灯,其特征在于:它包括支承部和连于支承部前侧的散热照明部,所述的支承部后侧设有连接杆,其内设有驱动电路,散热照明部包括散热器和设于散热器下侧的若干LED灯头,支承部和散热照明部可拆卸连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的新型分体式路灯,其特征在于:所述的散热照明部前侧连有前罩部。
3、根据权利要求1所述的新型分体式路灯,其特征在于:所述的支承部前端设有若干凸出的承重筋,散热照明部上则设有对应的传力孔,支承部与散热照明部相连时,承重筋插入传力孔内。
4、根据权利要求2所述的新型分体式路灯,其特征在于:所述的散热照明部中,散热器上侧分布有纵向散热鳍条,前罩部上侧设有与散热鳍条相配合的鳍条坡,每个鳍条坡向前逐渐沿圆弧形下降。
5、根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的新型分体式路灯,其特征在于:所述的支承部具有金属散热壳体,该金属散热壳体与散热器相连。
6、根据权利要求5所述的新型分体式路灯,其特征在于:所述的金属散热壳体与散热器通过超导热管相连。
7、根据权利要求1所述的新型分体式路灯,其特征在于:所述的散热器包括位于散热照明部顶部的散热块和设于散热块两侧的边罩,边罩通过燕尾槽连接结构与散热块卡接。
