背景技术
现今沼气池应用混凝土浇灌而成,其存在的主要缺点是保温效果差,冬季产气率低,甚至不产气;而且需要涂抹密封剂防渗漏。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种保温沼气池,该装置不仅构造简单,而且保温效果好、密封性能佳,工作寿命长。
本实用新型包括外部包覆有混凝土保护层的封闭式玻璃钢罐体,所述封闭式玻璃钢罐体上部设有排气管,侧部具有排液管,下部设有进料管,底部设有排渣管,所述进料管伸入池体内腔的管段上设有以利进料分布均匀的布流器。
本实用新型显著优点在于:采用混凝土与玻璃钢的组合结构不仅强度高经久耐用,密封性能好,而且隔热效果好,可有效保障冬季正常产气。

具体实施方式
本实用新型实施例包括外部包覆有混凝土保护层1的封闭式玻璃钢罐体2,所述封闭式玻璃罐体上部设有排气管3,侧部具有位于产气腔下侧的排液管4,下部设有进料管5,底部设有排渣管6,所述进料管伸入池体内腔的管段上设有以利进料分布均匀的布流器7。
工作时,物料由进料管输送入封闭式玻璃钢罐体内,并经进料管内腔管段上的布流器均匀分布在罐体内,物料在封闭式玻璃钢罐体内发酵后产生的气体由罐体上方的排气管排出,以便人们使用,罐体内残余的废渣则从罐体底部的排渣管排出,过多的废液则从罐体侧部的排液管排出,该装置使用效果好,产气率高,工作寿命长。

1.一种保温沼气池,其特征在于:包括外部包覆有混凝土保护层的封闭式玻璃钢罐体,所述封闭式玻璃钢罐体上部设有排气管,侧部具有位于产气腔下侧的排液管,下部设有进料管,底部设有排渣管,所述进料管伸入池体内腔的管段上设有以利进料分布均匀的布流器。
