Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种冷胆进水保护结构。本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、工作可靠的冷胆进水保护结构,能够有效保证冷胆内水位到达一定高度时立即停止进水。解决该问题的技术方案是:冷胆进水保护结构,具有冷胆以及装在其上的冷胆盖,该冷胆盖上设有伸入冷胆内的电磁浮球阀,所述冷胆盖进水口处设有单向阀和与之相配合的阀套,该阀套下端紧靠在大浮球上,其特征在于:所述冷胆盖内侧、与单向阀相对应的另一边制有一组限位柱,其高度大于单向阀堵住进水口时阀套底部至冷胆盖的距离。本实用新型可用于饮水机中,以保证冷胆内水位到达一定高度时能够立即停止进水。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种冷胆进水保护结构,主要用于饮水机中,以保证冷胆内水位到达一定高度时能够立即停止进水。
背景技术
图7是现有的冷胆进水结构,这种结构在实际应用中会出现图8所示的问题,此时进水管不能堵死,导致冷胆内水位到达设定高度时仍然进水,以致冷胆内的水溢出。由于单向阀受到水的压力,并通过阀座将作用力传递至大浮球,而大浮球另外一侧没有限位,导致大浮球出现倾斜,而且在水压作用下,阀座底面与大浮球顶面贴平,大浮球倾斜后阀座、单向阀也跟着倾斜,如此一来,单向阀的锥面与冷胆盖的锥孔无法紧配,从而导致冷胆内水位无法控制在设定的高度。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:针对上述存在的问题提供一种结构简单、工作可靠的冷胆进水保护结构,能够有效保证冷胆内水位到达一定高度时立即停止进水。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:冷胆进水保护结构,具有冷胆以及装在其上的冷胆盖,该冷胆盖上设有伸入冷胆内的电磁浮球阀,所述冷胆盖进水口处设有单向阀和与之相配合的阀套,该阀套下端紧靠在大浮球上,其特征在于:所述冷胆盖内侧、与单向阀相对应的另一边制有一组限位柱,其高度大于单向阀堵住进水口时阀套底部至冷胆盖的距离。
所述限位柱有三根,其中中间一根为长柱,并与单向阀轴对称的布置,其余两根为短柱,且每根短柱与长柱之间圆弧所对夹角的范围为50度至70度。
所述大浮球上制有一圈环形圆弧状凸台。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型在冷胆盖内侧、与单向阀相对应的另一边制有一组限位柱,较之现有技术中的结构,有效避免了因大浮球倾斜导致的漏水现象,保证饮水机的正常工作,提高其可靠性。

具体实施方式
如图1-图5所示,本实施例具有冷胆1以及装在其上的冷胆盖2,该冷胆盖上设有伸入冷胆1内的电磁浮球阀3,所述冷胆盖2进水口处设有单向阀4和与之相配合的阀套5,该阀套下端紧靠在大浮球6上,所述冷胆盖2内侧、与单向阀4相对应的另一边制有一组限位柱7,其高度大于单向阀4堵住进水口时阀套5底部至冷胆盖2的距离,本例中,所述限位柱7有三根,其中中间一根为长柱,并与单向阀4轴对称的布置,其余两根为短柱,且每根短柱与长柱之间圆弧所对夹角均为60度。
所述大浮球6上制有一圈环形圆弧状凸台8,用于支撑阀套5,并且对阀套5不产生任何径向作用力,阀套5只沿其轴线作上下运动。
本实用新型的工作原理是:饮水机正常工作时,当冷胆1内的水位上升至电磁浮球阀3时,冷胆1停止进水;当进水系统发生故障,冷胆1内水位超过设定值,且继续进水直至水位上升至大浮球6时,大浮球6受到浮力而上升,当冷胆盖2上的限位柱7顶住大浮球上与之相应的圆弧凸台8后,大浮球6的另一侧则在浮力作用下继续上升,同时带动阀套5和单向阀4向上运动,直至将进水口堵住,如图1所示。如图6所示,在实际应用中,冷胆1正常进水时,控制器控制气泵有规律的工作,可以设置成每工作4秒,停15秒,这样可以保证水桶内的气压不会太高,冷胆1的进水系统就能保证正常工作。
Claims (3)
1、一种冷胆进水保护结构,具有冷胆(1)以及装在其上的冷胆盖(2),该冷胆盖上设有伸入冷胆(1)内的电磁浮球阀(3),所述冷胆盖(2)进水口处设有单向阀(4)和与之相配合的阀套(5),该阀套下端紧靠在大浮球(6)上,其特征在于:所述冷胆盖(2)内侧、与单向阀(4)相对应的另一边制有一组限位柱(7),其高度大于单向阀(4)堵住进水口时阀套(5)底部至冷胆盖(2)的距离。
2、根据权利要求1所述的冷胆进水保护结构,其特征在于:所述限位柱(7)有三根,其中中间一根为长柱,并与单向阀(4)轴对称的布置,其余两根为短柱,且每根短柱与长柱之间圆弧所对夹角的范围为50度至70度。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的冷胆进水保护结构,其特征在于:所述大浮球(6)上制有一圈环形圆弧状凸台(8)。
