Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种利用室内热气给太阳能室外管道保温的装置,它是在现有的楼房排气系统的管道内加保温层,保温层内加太阳能进出水管路,在楼顶的太阳能热水器的安装位置将上述的进出水管引出,管路的末端连排气帽。本装置利用楼房本身的排气系统,其管路都与室内连通,如多数连接卫生间的排气口,其温度是室温,在这个管路中加保温层中间加进太阳能的上下水管路,既利用现有管路又利用楼内的余热。管路不冻不用排空,免去操作麻烦,也不用维护排空装置,减少售后服务的工作量。

本实用新型涉及一种太阳能室外管的保温装置,具体说是一种利用室内热气给太阳能室外管道保温的装置。
背景技术
北方冬季寒冷,一般太阳能的室外管都有保温措施,如电热带,它耗电,也有安全隐患,有的采取将管路排空的措施,但排空操作麻烦,用户有时忘记操作,引起管路冻堵,影响正常使用,排空装置也有一定的故障率,也给用户带来不便,同时增加售后服务工作量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种利用室内热气给太阳能室外管道保温的装置,它利用楼房本身的排气系统,节能,便利。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
本装置是在现有的楼房排气系统的管道内加保温层,保温层内加太阳能进出水管路,在楼顶的太阳能热水器的安装位置将上述的进出水管引出,管路的末端连排气帽。
上述的保温层是用聚氨脂发泡制作的。
本实用新型的优点在于:1、利用楼房本身的排气系统,其管路都与室内连通,如多数连接卫生间的排气口,其温度是室温,在这个管路中加保温层中间加进太阳能的上下水管路,既利用现有管路又利用楼内的余热,不用任何能源,就可正常使用。2、管路不冻不用排空,免去操作麻烦,方便使用,也不用维护排空装置,减少售后服务的工作量。3、末端连排气帽,可防雨,防结露。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
由图1--2可以看到,是在现有的楼房排气系统的管道1内加保温层2,保温层是聚氨脂发泡,保温层内加太阳能进出水管路3,在楼顶的太阳能热水器4的安装位置将上述的进出水管引出,5为引出口,管路的末端连排气帽6,7为楼顶。

1、利用室内热气给太阳能室外管道保温的装置,其特征在于:本装置是在现有的楼房排气系统的管道(1)内加保温层(2),保温层内加太阳能进出水管路(3),在楼顶的太阳能热水器(4)的安装位置将上述的进出水管引出,管路的末端连排气帽(6)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的利用室内热气给太阳能室外管道保温的装置,其特征在于:它的保温层(2)是用聚氨脂发泡制作的。
