本实用新型公开了一种LED路灯聚光反光板,旨在提供一种节省反光板材料、进一步提高光照强度的LED路灯聚光反光板。本实用新型包括碗状反光罩、光源安装孔和基板,碗状反光罩在基板上呈纵横交错排列。本实用新型采用了在基板上所设碗状反光罩呈纵横交错排列的方式,进一步提高了在单位面积内能更多地设置LED灯,提高光照强度,同时也节省了材料。

本实用新型涉及照明灯装置,特别是一种LED路灯的聚光反光板。
背景技术
目前,LED灯以其优良的特性正在得到普及和推广应用,LED灯在路灯照明领域的应用也正在兴起。由于传统路灯光照的发散角较大,导致照明效果差、能耗高。现有技术中所公开的LED反光罩,基本上解决了上述问题。但是其LED灯的分布形式主要都采用纵横对齐排列,该排列形式没有充分有效利用反光板空间,造成材料浪费,而且不能最大限度地在单位面积内多设置LED灯,以提高光照强度。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种能节省反光板材料、进一步提高光照强度的LED路灯聚光反光板。
本实用新型的技术方案是:包括碗状反光罩、光源安装孔和基板,碗状反光罩在基板上呈纵横交错排列。
本实用新型采用了在基板上所设碗状反光罩呈纵横交错排列的方式,进一步提高了在单位面积内能更多地设置LED灯,提高光照强度,同时也节省了材料。

具体实施方式
图1和图2所示,LED路灯聚光反光板,包括碗状反光罩2、光源安装孔3和基板1,碗状反光罩2在基板1上呈纵横交错排列。碗状反光罩2和基板1为一体,碗状反光罩2和基板1的表面均镀有金属反光层。由于碗状反光罩2呈纵横交错排列,因此,单位面积内要比纵横对齐排列的LED灯要多。因此,不但提高了光照强度又节省了材料。

1.一种LED路灯聚光反光板,包括碗状反光罩(2)、光源安装孔(3)和基板(1),其特征在于:碗状反光罩(2)在基板(1)上呈纵横交错排列。
