本实用新型公开了一种尺骨冠状突假体,包括冠突部分,冠突部分与钢板部分连接成整体,钢板部分设有皮质骨螺钉固定孔,冠突部分的远端设有松质骨螺钉固定孔,在冠突部分的外侧部位,设有斜向穿孔。本实用新型结构合理,对尺骨冠状突骨折后冠状突粉碎性骨折重建效果好。

本实用新型涉及一种医疗器械。
背景技术:
尺骨冠突是尺骨近端前方骨性突起,与后方的尺骨鹰一起构成尺骨的半月切迹,其中部与肱骨滑车构成关节,能在矢状位上进行屈伸活动,并维持肘关节的稳定性。尺骨冠突不仅是肱尺关节的主要组成部分,而且也是肘关节内侧副韧带前束、前关节囊的附着点,同时起着阻止肱二头肌、肱肌和肱三头肌牵拉尺骨向后移位的作用,是维持肘关节稳定的主要结构。因此,当尺骨冠突骨折时,修复和重建冠突的形态与功能,对维持肘关节稳定性有着至关重要的作用。临床上尺骨冠状突骨折并不少见,对于简单或粉碎不严重的骨折,一般行切开复位内固定,而对于严重粉碎性骨折无法进行修复重建内固定时,则必须行冠状突重建。由于冠状突位于关节内,因此,重建骨的来源要求带有软骨面的自体骨,而全身具有软骨的骨移植供区亦均位于关节内,对各自关节功能不可或缺。因此,研制尺骨冠状突假体成为临床当务之急,而目前全球范围内尚无此类产品。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理,工作效果好的尺骨冠状突假体。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:
一种尺骨冠状突假体,其特征是:包括冠突部分,冠突部分与钢板部分连接成整体,钢板部分设有皮质骨螺钉固定孔,冠突部分的远端设有松质骨螺钉固定孔,在冠突部分的外侧部位,设有斜向穿孔。
冠突部分远端的松质骨螺钉固定孔有两个,两孔间距8~12mm。松质骨螺钉固定孔的长度方向与冠突部分的上表面垂直。所述斜向穿孔设置在冠突部分的1/2高度处,且斜向穿孔与水平面、矢状面、冠状面均呈45°。
本实用新型结构合理,对尺骨冠状突骨折后冠状突粉碎性骨折重建效果好。

具体实施方式:
一种尺骨冠状突假体,包括冠突部分1,冠突部分1与钢板部分2连接成整体,钢板部分2设有3个皮质骨螺钉固定孔3,冠突部分的远端设有2个松质骨螺钉固定孔4,两孔间距8~12mm,松质骨螺钉固定孔的长度方向与冠突部分的上表面垂直,用于固定假体。在冠突部分的外侧部位、冠突部分的1/2高度处,设有斜向穿孔5,该斜向穿孔设置在且斜向穿孔与水平面、矢状面、冠状面均呈45°,是重建尺侧副韧带前束的通道。
假体的安装:
取肘前方入路,于肘前作一“S”形切口,上起肘横纹上3cm,沿肱二头肌内侧缘下行至肘前横纹,沿横纹向外侧延伸至肱桡肌内侧缘并向下延伸6cm,切开皮肤及皮下组织,游离并保护前臂外侧皮神经,切断肱二头肌腱膜并向桡侧牵开,将正中神经及肱血管牵向桡侧,即可显露肘前关节囊,切开关节囊,显露尺骨冠状突。仔细观察冠突高度,用骨刀于冠突基底部截骨达横沟水平,安装冠状突假体,注意调整关节面要吻合,滑车切迹关节面要平滑过渡,首先固定冠突部分两枚松质骨螺钉,然后固定钢板部分的三枚皮质骨螺钉,最后取自体掌长肌腱于肱骨内上髁下方骨隧道固定,通过冠突内侧孔道固定于尺骨背侧,并调整其张力,重建肘关节内侧副韧带,活动肘关节并观察其活动范围及稳定性,至此冠状突假体安装完毕。

1、一种尺骨冠状突假体,其特征是:包括冠突部分,冠突部分与钢板部分连接成整体,钢板部分设有皮质骨螺钉固定孔,冠突部分的远端设有松质骨螺钉固定孔,在冠突部分的外侧部位,设有斜向穿孔。
2、根据权利要求1所述的尺骨冠状突假体,其特征是:冠突部分远端的松质骨螺钉固定孔有两个,两孔间距8~12mm。
3、根据权利要求2所述的尺骨冠状突假体,其特征是:松质骨螺钉固定孔的长度方向与冠突部分的上表面垂直。
4、根据权利要求1、2或3所述的尺骨冠状突假体,其特征是:所述斜向穿孔设置在冠突部分的1/2高度处,且斜向穿孔与水平面、矢状面、冠状面均呈45°。
