本实用新型解决其技术问题的技术方案是：由左脚踏开关和右脚踏开关组成的淋浴脚踏开关，其特征是：在洗浴者脚踏处设置一分控冷、热水管出水量的左脚踏开关和一右脚踏开关，使用时只需分别踏动左脚踏开关和右脚踏开关，就能调节好所需的水温和水量。
