一种高效过滤器,由进水管、过滤器壳体、上层滤料、中层滤料、下层滤料及产水管组成,其特征在于过滤器内的滤料粒径自上而下排列方式为,上层是大粒径滤料,用于截留进水中较大粒径的悬浮粒子;中层是中粒径滤料,用于截留进水中中等粒径的悬浮粒子;下层是小粒径滤料,用于截留进水中小粒径的悬浮粒子;因而过滤器内的滤料自上而下,对进水中不同粒径的悬浮粒子,形成梯度截留,从而有效提高过滤器内整个滤料层的截污能力。

本实用新型涉及一种过滤设备,用于分离进水中的悬浮粒子,降低进水中悬浮杂质的含量。
背景技术
目前使用滤料过滤器作为过滤设备,用于分离进水中的悬浮粒子已较为普遍,它具有处理水质范围宽、产水水质稳定等特点;但现有滤料过滤器内的滤料装填方式是,上层滤料为小粒径滤料,其滤料间的空隙率最小;中层滤料为中粒径滤料,其滤料间的空隙率居中;下层滤料为大粒径滤料,其滤料间的空隙率最大;这样导致进水中的悬浮粒子,不管其粒径大小,全部在小空隙率的小粒径滤料上层被截留,而中层中粒径滤料和下层大粒径滤料则不能发挥其应有的对悬浮粒子的截留作用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的,是为克服上述传统滤料过滤器中,仅利用了滤料上层小粒径滤料截留悬浮粒子的性能缺陷,而提供一种能充分利用滤料过滤器内各滤料层截污能力的一种新型滤料过滤器。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是,在以进水管、过滤器壳体、上层滤料、中层滤料、下层滤料及产水管组成的滤料过滤器中,特别将滤料过滤器内滤料装填为,上层是大粒径滤料,中层是中粒径滤料,下层是小粒径滤料。
本实用新型中,滤料过滤器内的滤料装填方式为,采用大粒径滤料在过滤器滤料上层,其相互间空隙率较大,用于截留较大粒径的悬浮粒子;中等粒径滤料在过滤器滤料中层,其相互间空隙率属于中等,用于截留中等粒径的悬浮粒子;而小粒径滤料在过滤器滤料下层,其相互间空隙率较小,用于截留较小粒径的悬浮粒子;这样由于各滤料层间的空隙率不同,就使不同粒径悬浮粒子在不同粒径滤料层之中形成梯度截留,充分发挥了各种不同粒径滤料的截留功能,有效提高了整个滤料层的截污能力。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的组成结构如附图,它由进水口1、过滤器壳体2、上层滤料3、中层滤料4、下层滤料5和出水口6构成,其中过滤器内的上层滤料3为大粒径滤料,中层滤料4为中粒径滤料,下层滤料5为小粒径滤料。当外网原水从进水口1进入过滤器壳体2内,由过滤器内上层滤料3、中层滤料4和下层滤料5梯度截留进水中的大、中、小粒径的悬浮粒子后,终端过滤水由出水口6产出。在本实用新型中,由于对过滤器内不同粒径的滤料采用了合适的滤料粒径排列方式,从而使各滤料层能梯度截留不同粒径的悬浮粒子,它充分发挥了各不同粒径滤料层的截留功能,最终有效提高了过滤器内整个滤料层的截污能力。

1、一种高效过滤器,由进水管(1)、过滤器壳体(2)、上层滤料(3)、中层滤料(4)、下层滤料(5)及产水管(6)组成,其特征为过滤器内滤料粒径排列方式是,上层滤料(3)为大粒径滤料,中层滤料(4)为中粒径滤料,下层滤料(5)为小粒径滤料。
2、根据权利要求书1所述的高效过滤器,其特征在于过滤器内的上层滤料(3)、中层滤料(4)、下层滤料(5)为同种材料或不同种材料。
