技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种抽屉滑轨，尤其是一种带有回位缓冲功能的抽屉滑轨。
背景技术
现有的抽屉自动推入回位装置是用单一弹簧收缩力来实现的，当抽屉抽出时，拨销把处于常态的螺旋形弹簧拉伸，拉伸到极限时，定位装置把弹簧拉伸状态定位，当抽屉推入到一定深度时，拨销解除弹簧定位状态，弹簧收缩力便急速的拉着拨销及其抽屉自动推入回位，这种装置存在振动强烈和碰撞声音大的缺点，长期猛烈的碰撞会造成各个连接件松动，所以其工作不可靠，产品不耐用，从而使产品的档次显得比较低。
专利号为02239084.7的抽屉用滑轨缓冲归位装置专利公开了一种在利用弹簧弹力自动复位时能缓冲归位的缓冲结构，它采用L形滑轨，在滑轨的侧边设有一缓冲结构，但此类滑轨一般售价较高，不易被普遍推广接受。
为了避免L形滑轨的上述不足，现在普遍使用的是两段式或者三段式滑轨，即通过外滑轨及其内部的内滑轨相对滑动来实现抽屉的抽拉，并可以通过增加多节内滑轨来实现不同的拉伸程度，其售价较低，在国内大量使用，易于推广。但此类滑轨无回位缓冲功能结构。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种避免抽屉自动复位时发生碰撞的抽屉滑轨回位缓冲结构。
本实用新型是通过以下结构来达到上述目的的：
它包含有一节外滑轨及安装于外滑轨内部的一节内滑轨，在外滑轨内部安装有内滑轨自动回位装置，内滑轨的回位方向为回位装置的收缩方向，其改进在于：自动回位装置连接一个缓冲装置，自动回位装置的收缩方向为缓冲装置的缓冲方向，缓冲装置延缓自动回位装置的回位。
上述结构中，内滑轨回位时运行到外滑轨末端时接触自动回位装置，内滑轨抽出时离开外滑轨末端时脱离自动回位装置。
上述结构中，自动回位装置是弹簧回位装置，回位方向为弹簧的收缩方向。
上述结构中，外滑轨和内滑轨之间设有一节中滑轨。
上述结构中，缓冲装置为汽缸缓冲器。
由于采用了上述结构，本实用新型的抽屉滑轨回位缓冲结构在在两端和三段式的滑轨上实现了抽屉的回位缓冲。本实用新型不仅实现了滑轨的回位缓冲，并且其售价较低，在国内大量使用，易于推广。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实施例的回位缓冲抽屉滑轨它包含有一节外滑轨及1安装于外滑轨1内部的一节内滑轨2，外滑轨1与内滑轨2之间设有中滑轨5，在外滑轨1内部安装有内滑轨自动回位装置3，本实施例的自动回位装置3是弹簧回位装置，内滑轨2的回位方向为回位装置3的收缩方向，自动回位装置3连接一个缓冲装置4，自动回位装置3的收缩方向为缓冲装置4的缓冲方向，缓冲装置4延缓自动回位装置3的回位。内滑轨2回位时运行到外滑轨1末端时接触自动回位装置3，内滑轨2抽出时离开外滑轨1末端时脱离自动回位装置3。
上述实施例为两节滑轨的回位缓冲实施方式，如图2所示，本实用新型的另一实施例，在上述实施例的基础上在外滑轨和内滑轨之间去掉一节中滑轨5，从而实现了两段式滑轨的回位缓冲结构，其缓冲原理与实施例一相同，在此不在重复。

1、一种回位缓冲抽屉滑轨，它包含有一节外滑轨及安装于外滑轨内部的一节内滑轨，在外滑轨内部安装有内滑轨自动回位装置，内滑轨的回位方向为回位装置的收缩方向，其特征是：自动回位装置连接一个缓冲装置，自动回位装置的收缩方向为缓冲装置的缓冲方向，缓冲装置延缓自动回位装置的回位。
2、如权利要求1所述的回位缓冲抽屉滑轨，其特征是：内滑轨回位时运行到外滑轨末端时接触自动回位装置，内滑轨抽出时离开外滑轨末端时脱离自动回位装置。
3、如权利要求1所述的回位缓冲抽屉滑轨，其特征是：自动回位装置是弹簧回位装置，回位方向为弹簧的收缩方向。
4、如权利要求1所述的回位缓冲抽屉滑轨，其特征是：外滑轨和内滑轨之间设有一节中滑轨。
5、如权利要求1所述的回位缓冲抽屉滑轨，其特征是：缓冲装置为气缸缓冲器。
