本实用新型提供了一种非晶铁心接头结构,构成该铁心的各铁心片两端在接头处相互搭接。所述铁心呈矩形,所述各铁心片分为若干组,同组铁心片中相邻的外层铁心片内侧搭接部分的端部与相邻内层铁心片外侧搭接部分的端部相互对接,两对接端之间留有接缝,同组铁心片中各铁心片的搭接部位和相邻铁心片的对接部位均在该矩形的同一边上。各组铁心片依据相同的规律在铁心上独立排列。本实用新型可以有效地避免因接头带来的大幅度磁阻增加,改善非晶铁心的性能,主要可用于变压器或其他需要非晶铁心的场合。

本实用新型涉及一种非晶铁心接头结构,主要可用于主要可用于变压器或其他需要非晶铁心的场合。
背景技术
为了将线圈套在非晶铁心上,通常非晶铁心上至少应设有一个自身的接头结构,使铁心可以从接头处打开,形成U形,以便将线圈套在这个U形的两个臂上,然后再将U形的两端重新弯曲后接到一起,形成矩形铁心。如果在接头处直接将铁心两端面对接,对接处将形成一个连贯的缝隙,在缝隙处产生很大的磁阻,影响磁通量的传递,因此需要对这种铁心的接头结构进行必要的改善。
实用新型内容
为克服现有技术的上述缺陷,本实用新型提供了一种非晶铁心接头结构,采用这种接头结构可以有效地防止接头处磁阻的大幅度增加,保证磁通量的传递。
本实用新型实现上述目的的技术方案是:一种非晶铁心接头结构,构成该铁心的各铁心片两端在接头处相互搭接。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于同一铁心片在接头处相互搭接,形成闭合磁路,由此有效地减小了接头对磁通量传递的影响,改善了铁心的磁性能。

具体实施方式
参见图1,本实用新型提供了一种非晶铁心接头结构,构成该铁心的各铁心片10的两端11在接头处相互搭接。
所述各铁心片分为若干组,同组铁心片中相邻的外层铁心片内侧搭接部分的端部与相邻内层铁心片外侧搭接部分的端部相互对接,两对接端之间留有接缝12。这样形成的各接缝互不相连,并且均被位于接缝内外侧的铁心片所覆盖,由此进一步减少了对磁通量的影响。
所述铁心呈矩形,各铁心片的搭接部位和相邻铁心片的对接部位均在该矩形的同一边上,以便于将铁心从其接头处打开。
由于同一铁心片在接头处相互搭接,同组铁心片中由相邻铁心片对接形成的各接缝在横向上必然具有一定的间隔,沿一定的方向顺序排列,形成梯形分布方式。
同组铁心片中的铁心片数量依据加工上的便利以及各相关尺寸确定,其最大数量应保证同一铁心片的搭接部位和相邻铁心片的对接部位位于矩形铁心的同一个边上。
不同组的相邻铁心片之间不要求对接,各组铁心片通常可以依据相同的规律在铁心上独立排列,通常不同组铁心片中的对应铁心片(不同组铁心片中由内到外处于相同位置的铁心片)自身的搭接部位以及与其内侧和/或外侧同组铁心片的对接部位在横向上的位置相同或基本相同,以便于下料和装配。
所述横向是指同一铁心片搭接部位或同组相邻铁心片对接部位所在矩形边的延伸方向,依据图1所示方向为横向。

1.一种非晶铁心接头结构,其特征在于构成该铁心的各铁心片两端在接头处相互搭接。
2.如权利要求1所述的非晶铁心接头结构,其特征在于所述铁心呈矩形。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的非晶铁心接头结构,其特征在于所述各铁心片分为若干组,同组铁心片中相邻的外层铁心片内侧搭接部分的端部与相邻内层铁心片外侧搭接部分的端部相互对接,两对接端之间留有接缝。
4.如权利要求3所述的非晶铁心接头结构,其特征在于,各铁心片的搭接部位和相邻铁心片的对接部位均在该矩形的同一边上。
5.如权利要求4所述的非晶铁心接头结构,其特征在于同组铁心片中由相邻铁心片对接形成的各接缝在横向上具有一定的间隔,沿一定的方向顺序排列。
6.如权利要求5所述的非晶铁心接头结构,其特征在于各组铁心片依据相同的规律在铁心上独立排列。
