在稠油开采中,目前常用的油井井筒加热工艺是参水升温、化学降粘、电加热等,参水升温、化学降粘易导致产量计量不准,化学降粘、电加热成本高。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种出油口温度高、节能环保、成本低的空心抽油杆的加热装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种空心抽油杆的加热装置,是由保温体、水囊、燃烧器组成,水囊和燃烧器在保温体内,燃烧器在水囊的下面,保温体的上端有烟囱。
上述的一种空心抽油杆的加热装置,所述的保温体由外向里是由外壳、保温层和隔热层组成。
上述的一种空心抽油杆的加热装置,所述的水囊是由至少一层螺旋水管盘成,水管的两端分别与空心抽油杆的管道连接。
上述的一种空心抽油杆的加热装置,所述的螺旋水管可盘成塔形。
采用本结构的空心抽油杆的加热装置,充分利用套管气,节约能源,水囊采用一层或两层螺旋水管,可增加受热面积,这样出油口温度高;螺旋水管盘成塔形,受热面积将进一步增加,这样出油口温度更高,节约了成本。

具体实施方式
参照图1,水囊5和燃烧器6在保温体内,燃烧器6在水囊5的下面,保温体的上端有烟囱1,保温体是由外壳2、保温层3和隔热层4组成,水囊5为塔形并且是两层,这增加受热面积,水囊5内的水能充分吸收能量,出油口温度更高,水管的两端分别与空心抽油杆的管道连接,管道上安装循环泵,这使水囊内的水充分进行热交换;燃烧器燃烧的是套管气,节约了其它能源。

1、一种空心抽油杆的加热装置,其特征在于:是由保温体、水囊、燃烧器组成,水囊和燃烧器在保温体内,燃烧器在水囊的下面,保温体的上端有烟囱。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种空心抽油杆的加热装置,其特征在于:保温体由外向里是由外壳、保温层和隔热层组成。
3、如权利要求1所述的一种空心抽油杆的加热装置,其特征在于:水囊是由至少一层螺旋水管盘成,水管的两端分别与空心抽油杆的管道连接。
4、如权利要求3所述的一种空心抽油杆的加热装置,其特征在于:所述的螺旋水管可盘成塔形。
