本实用新型涉及一种石墨化炉的供电结构。
背景技术:
目前串接石墨化炉组的供电方式一般都是采用移动整流台车,这样会造成车间导电粉尘进入整流所,环境潮湿不利电气绝缘,增加运行维护工作。
发明内容:
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是,提供一种固定汇流母线及多整流机组供电结构,可有效防止扩大供电设备容量。
本实用新型的构成:它包括石墨化整流机组1,石墨化整流机组1通过分支开关2与汇流母线3连接,汇流母线3连接移动开关4,移动开关4连接石墨化炉5。
石墨化整流机组1为1~3组;石墨化炉5为4~12台。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有如下优点:
①石墨化整流机组可完全隔离多导电粉尘和渐湿的石墨化车间环境,提高供电设备可靠性;
②多脉波整流机组供电,可降低谐波电流,减少对供电电源污染;
③随石墨化产品品种及负荷变化,可灵活变动投入整流机组数量,降低运行损耗;
④适应石墨化炉加大电流的发展趋势。

具体实施方式:
本实用新型的实施例:石墨化整流机组1可取1~3组,通过分支开关2与汇流母线3连接,汇流母线3连接移动开关4,经移动开关4轮流向石墨化炉5供电。石墨化炉5一般为4~12台。

1.一种石墨化炉固定汇流母线及多整流机组供电结构,它包括石墨化整流机组(1),其特征在于:石墨化整流机组(1)通过分支开关(2)与汇流母线(3)连接,汇流母线(3)连接移动开关(4),移动开关(4)连接石墨化炉(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的石墨化炉固定汇流母线及多整流机组供电结构,其特征在于:移动开关(4)与石墨化炉(5)的连接为滑动连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的石墨化炉固定汇流母线及多整流机组供电结构,其特征在于:石墨化整流机组(1)为1~3组;石墨化炉(5)为4~12台。
