背景技术:
风力机叶片是风力机非常关键的部件之一,良好的设计、可靠的质量和优越的性能是保证风力机组正常稳定运行的决定因素。现有技术的风力机叶片,其形状一般都是固定的,叶片平面与风向之间存在有一定的夹角,叶轮主要靠风力作用于叶片平面所产生的侧向分力推动而旋转。在叶轮旋转过程中,由于叶片后面的风阻面积与前面侧向分力所作用的面积相等,尽管后面相对风力较小,但仍存在有较大的风阻。致使前面旋转推动力与后面风阻比小,造成风能利用率低,叶轮的转速低,启动速度高。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型的风力机活门式叶片,用以有效地克服现有技术所存在的上述弊端。本实用新型的目的是以如下技术方案实现的:它有一叶片框架,该叶片框架成方格状,每个方格上都设有单扇或双扇单向活门。
本实用新型设计新颖,结构合理,其前面活门关闭,迎风面积大,产生的推动力大,后面活门开启,迎风面积小,风阻小。因此前面推动力与后面风阻比大,风能利用率高,叶轮的转速快,启动速度低。
