热水袋的应用很广泛，特别是在冬天，很多人都通过热水袋来取暖，但现有技术中的热水袋普遍存在以下问题：1.使用时需要向袋体中注满水，这往往需要大量的热水；2.热水袋不能随心所欲地改变大小，即不能根据自己的需要改变散热面积的大小。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供了一种只需注入少量水即可取得较好效果的、可自由改变散热面积的新型热水袋。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种新型热水袋，包括袋体，袋体上设有注水口，在袋体内设有气囊。
所述气囊上设有充气口，充气口穿过袋体，裸露于袋体外侧，充气口上设有塞座。
所述袋体是由伸缩性良好的材料制成的。
使用时，通过注水口向袋体中注入热水，通过充气口向气囊中注入空气；由于有气囊的存在，占据一定的体积，相比普通的热水袋，只需注入较少量的热水即可达到相同的效果，不会造成热水的浪费；而且由于袋体是由伸缩性良好的材料制成的，通过控制气囊中的气体的多少从而可以控制袋体的大小、散热面积，从而可以满足不同人的要求。本实用新型具有结构简单、使用方便灵活、效果好、节约热水等优点。

实施例：一种新型热水袋，包括袋体3，袋体3上设有注水口4，在袋体3内设有气囊2，气囊2上设有充气口5，充气口5穿过袋体3，裸露于袋体3外侧，充气口5上设有塞座1，袋体3是由伸缩性良好的材料制成的。使用时，通过注水口4向袋体3中注入热水，通过充气口5向气囊2中注入空气；由于有气囊2的存在，占据一定的体积，相比普通的热水袋，只需注入少量热水即可达到相同的效果；通过控制气囊2中的气体的多少从而可以控制袋体3的大小、散热面积，从而可以满足不同人的要求。
