背景技术
太阳能热水器是一种节能环保产品,使用越来越普遍,它是通过阳光照射到真空管上,使镀膜层离子碰撞加剧产生热量,然后传导到液体中,因虹吸原理逐渐使水箱中生活用水升温。由于真空管与水箱直接相通,长期使用后,真空管容易结垢,使得热效率大大降低,使用寿命缩短。

本实用新型的目的就是提供一种结构简单、热效率高,能提高产品使用寿命的储能落差双层内胆式太阳能热水器。
本实用新型的储能落差双层内胆式太阳能热水器,包括真空管、水箱、保温层、电辅助加热管、出水口,其特点是水箱内设有外胆,外胆与真空管相通,外胆内还设有内胆,外胆与内胆之间放有导热液,内胆上设置进水口、出水口,内胆中的水为加热生活用水。
本实用新型的储能落差双层内胆式太阳能热水器,由于在水箱中设有双层内胆,真空管与生活用水的内胆不相通,使得真空管中不易结垢,相应就延长了真空管的使用寿命,同时保持了真空管的高热效率。

具体实施方式
一种储能落差双层内胆式太阳能热水器,包括真空管1、水箱2、保温层3、电辅助加热管8、出水口9,其特点是水箱1内设有外胆4,外胆4与真空管1相通,外胆4内还设有内胆6,外胆4与内胆6之间放有导热液5,导热液5可以是水,内胆6上设置进水口、出水口9,内胆6中的水7为加热生活用水。电辅助加热管8安装在外胆4与内胆6之间。

1、一种储能落差双层内胆式太阳能热水器,包括真空管(1)、水箱(2)、保温层(3)、电辅助加热管(8)、出水口(9),其特征在于:水箱(2)内设有外胆(4),外胆(4)与真空管(1)相通,外胆(4)内还设有内胆(6),外胆(4)与内胆(6)之间放有导热液(5),内胆6)上设置进水口、出水口(9)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的储能落差双层内胆式太阳能热水器,其特征在于:电辅助加热管(8)安装在外胆(4)与内胆(6)之间。
