本实用新型涉及一种整合型高频通讯装置，其包含一装置盒、一具有延伸部件的导波器及一具有两个导波开口的发射/接收模块。该导波器及该发射/接收模块容设于该装置盒内。该装置盒具有一供该延伸部件往外部延伸的开口，通过该延伸部件，该高频通讯装置可接收及发射高频信号。本实用新型的整合型高频通讯装置可将导波器整合于装置盒内，将导波器外露于大气环境的部分减至最小。因此不仅可以将整体体积缩小，更能提升抗环境影响的效果，也使高频信号的通讯质量更为稳定。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种整合型高频通讯装置，特别涉及一种整合导波器于一体的高频通讯装置。
背景技术
一般地面与人造卫星间的微波传输信号并不易穿透墙壁、屋顶、甚至玻璃窗。因此，卫星信号发射器均设置于户外并利用天线直接对准人造卫星以获得最佳的传输效率。由于卫星信号接收/发射器必须设置于户外，所以需要在不同气候的状况下仍能维持正常的运行，尤其是具有整合电路的产品，其对于抗环境因素的要求更为严格。
图1为现有的应用于户外的高频通讯装置的外观示意图。高频通讯装置10包含一导波器11及一装置盒12，该导波器11通过固锁件和该装置盒12的表面结合，且整体外露于装置盒12。导波器11由一第一分离块部件111和一第二分离块部件112所构成，也通过固锁件而达到相互结合及密封。另外，导波器11相对于装置盒12的一端，还具有一与第一分离块部件111和一第二分离块部件112连接的延伸部件113，延伸部件113的端面有一可以和卫星天线结合的凸缘114。
该第一分离块部件111和第二分离块部件112虽然可以通过固锁件而相互结合，但所述的两个分离块部件111及112曝露于大气环境中，仍很有可能有灰尘或雨水会自结合接口侵入内部的导波通道。同样，导波器11和该装置盒12的结合处亦会有缝隙存在，缝隙的大小会随着材料老化、膨胀或缩小而改变。再者，导波器11矗立于装置盒12的外表，因此会占据较大的空间而影响系统的组装。
综上所述，现有的应用于户外的高频通讯装置存在许多缺点，高频通讯市场亟需一种体积小且抗环境影响的整合型高频通讯装置，以此能解决上述各种问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于，提供一种整合型高频通讯装置，其将导波器整合于装置盒内，将导波器外露于大气环境的部分减至最小。因此不仅可以将整体体积缩小，更能提升抗环境影响的效果，也使高频信号的通讯质量更为稳定。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案在于，提供一种整合型高频通讯装置，包含：一装置盒，包含一开口；一导波器，容置于该装置盒内，并具有一延伸部件，该延伸部件自该开口凸伸于该装置盒外；以及一具有两个导波开口的发射/接收模块，容置于该装置盒内，能产生供该导波器发射的高频信号，及处理该导波器接收的高频信号。
该整合型高频通讯装置包含，一装置盒、一具有延伸部件的导波器及具有两个导波开口的发射/接收模块。该导波器及发射/接收模块容设于该装置盒内，且该发射/接收模块介于该导波器及该装置盒的盒体之间。该装置盒具有一供该延伸部件往外部延伸的开口，通过该延伸部件该高频通讯装置可接收及发射高频信号。
一较佳实施例中，该延伸部件的一端设有多个结合凸缘，所述多个结合凸缘环设于该延伸部件的延伸通道四周，且所述多个结合凸缘朝向该延伸通道的侧边具有至少一个定位平面，该定位平面利于和一配合件快速定位及结合。
本实用新型的有益技术效果在于，本实用新型的整合型高频通讯装置可将导波器整合于装置盒内，将导波器外露于大气环境的部分减至最小。因此不仅可以将整体体积缩小，更能提升抗环境影响的效果，也使高频信号的通讯质量更为稳定。

具体实施方式
以下将通过附图说明本实用新型的整合型高频通讯装置。相关实施例所涉及的示意图，均为以附图的方式阐明本实用新型的实施例，并不用以限制本实用新型的范围。附图的内容为结构示意图，不能以附图的尺寸限缩本实用新型的范围。
图2为本实用新型一实施例的整合型高频通讯装置的外观图。本实施例的整合型高频通讯装置20的大部分构件由装置盒22所密封，仅导波器21(参见图3)的延伸部件2121外露于装置盒22外。该导波器21上的接合缝隔离在大气环境外，这样的整合性设计才能够让整个通讯装置具有一完整的保护作用，其中该通讯装置的通讯频率位于Ku波段、C波段或Ka波段。将该导波器21装设于由盒体221和盒盖222所构成的装置盒22中，除装置盒22本身的盒体221及盒盖222的接合缝外，延伸部件2121与供其穿出的该装置盒22的开口224之间也有接合缝。本实用新型可将上述接合缝都施以黏胶或塞入O形环(O-ring)，使装置盒22内的环境与外界隔离，从而达到防止水气及灰尘渗入的效果。密封的效果符合IP68的标准。
延伸部件2121的一端设有多个结合凸缘2122，所述多个结合凸缘2122环设于延伸部件2121的延伸通道2123四周，且所述多个结合凸缘2122朝向延伸通道2123的侧边具有定位平面2125，本实施例中为多个定位平面，但并不以此为限，其也可为一个。该定位平面2125利于和一配合件快速定位及结合。
图3为图2中整合型高频通讯装置的分解示意图。整合型高频通讯装置20包含一装置盒22、一具有延伸部件2121的导波器21及具有两个导波管输出的发射/接收模块23。该导波器21及发射/接收模块23依序叠置于盒体221内。
导波器21是由一第一分离块部件211和一第二分离块部件212所构成，其中第一分离块部件211和第二分离块部件212中均包含有部分的导波器管道结构。该第二分离块部件212的前端具有一延伸部件2121，其中贯穿有一延伸通道2123。该延伸通道2123的形状与导波器21的导波管道形状相似，且其与导波器21相接处的截面大小和该处的导波管道截面大小相似，因此该延伸通道2123可说是该导波器21的延伸。该延伸部件2121的前端有多个结合凸缘2122，其用于将组合后的高频通讯装置20固定于卫星天线结构上。第二分离块部件212、延伸部件2121和结合凸缘2122可以为一体成形的物件，故其中无任何接合缝的存在。
发射/接收模块23的第一导波开口231及第二导波开口232分别对应导波器21的信号发射口及信号接收口(图未示)。
图4为图2中整合型高频通讯装置去除盖体的立体示意图。该导波器21及发射/接收模块23依序叠置于盒体221内，且发射/接收模块23介于导波器21及盒体221之间。很明显，导波器21整合于盒体221内，已将导波器21外露于大气环境的部分减至最小。且导波器21与盒体221的大部分面积相互靠近，其中导波器21中的电磁波前进方向和盒体221底面为大约平行。此和图1中现有技术的电磁波前进方向垂直于盒体底面并不相同，因此可以将整体体积缩小。
本实用新型的技术内容及技术特点已记载如上，然而熟悉本项技术的人员仍可能基于本实用新型的教导及记载而作种种不背离本实用新型精神的替换及修饰。因此，本实用新型的保护范围应不限于实施例所记载的内容，而应包括各种不背离本实用新型的替换及修饰，并属于以下权利要求书的保护范围内。
Claims (7)
1.一种整合型高频通讯装置，其特征在于，包含：
一装置盒，包含一开口；
一导波器，容置于该装置盒内，并具有一延伸部件，该延伸部件自该开口凸伸于该装置盒外；以及
一具有两个导波开口的发射/接收模块，容置于该装置盒内，能产生供该导波器发射的高频信号，及处理该导波器接收的高频信号。
2.根据权利要求1所述的整合型高频通讯装置，其特征在于，该装置盒包含相互结合的一盒体及一盒盖。
3.根据权利要求1所述的整合型高频通讯装置，其特征在于，该延伸部件外露于该装置盒的一端设有多个结合凸缘，所述多个结合凸缘环设于该延伸部件的延伸通道四周。
4.根据权利要求3所述的整合型高频通讯装置，其特征在于，所述多个结合凸缘朝向该延伸通道的侧边具有至少一个定位平面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的整合型高频通讯装置，其特征在于，该整合型高频通讯装置的通讯频率位于Ku波段、C波段或Ka波段。
6.根据权利要求1所述的整合型高频通讯装置，其特征在于，该导波器是由一第一分离块部件和一第二分离块部件所结合组成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的整合型高频通讯装置，其特征在于，该发射/接收模块所具有的两个导波开口分别为一第一导波开口及一第二导波开口，该第一导波开口能输出供该导波器发射的高频信号，该第二导波开口能处理该导波器接收的高频信号。
