本实用新型涉及一种中央空调系统的风量比例调节阀,尤其涉及一种消声风量比例调节阀。
背景技术
现有的风阀,如图1所示,阀叶13围绕11、12两根轴转动,从而对风量进行调节。由于没有消声措施,使得送风过程产生很大噪音,进而影响室内休息、办公环境。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种消声风量比例调节阀,解决现有技术中阀叶造成的送风噪音大的缺陷。
技术方案
一种消声风量比例调节阀,由八块阀叶组成,分成两组,每四块接成可伸缩的菱形,中间填充芯棉,并在每片阀叶表面穿微孔。
所述的阀叶材料为铜板。
有益效果
本实用新型中间的芯棉和阀叶表面的微孔大大降低了送风过程的噪音,对室内提供了舒适的环境。
