本实用新型涉及一种绝缘槽,尤其涉及一种应用于电解槽罩板外的绝缘槽。
背景技术
目前应用于电解槽罩板上的耐高温绝缘槽为在U形铝板包住两块的HP-5粉云母绝缘板,其存在以下缺陷,(1)它由两者独立的部件组合而成,相互之间的配合有间隙,造成罩板盖不严,烟气外冒影响净化效果,而且其强度不高,且工人在操作中增加了两者装配的工序。降低了生产效率。(2)HP-5粉云母绝缘板虽然耐高温,但强度不够,如果工人在实际操作时稍微用力,HP-5粉云母绝缘板便会破碎,一般说该产品一般使用半年就需更换,其损坏后绝缘性能明显降低,浪费材料也增加了检修维护量。(3)HP-5粉云母绝缘板外设铝板U形槽,铝板上必有电流通过,且当铝板变形后,还会和槽罩板连接,此时槽上部结构带电,同时也增加了不安全因素,部分电流短路后,在槽罩板上空耗掉,增加电耗、降低电效。

本实用新型针对上述缺陷,目的在于提供一种绝缘性能好、强度高、不易损坏的一体式耐高温绝缘槽。
