本实用新型涉及一种太阳能光电热水装置,它主要适用于家庭、写字楼及其相应场所。本实用新型包括支架、水箱、平板式集热器、单晶硅电池板、断路器、自动控制器、逆变器、蓄电池、配电箱、负载、闸阀、单向止回阀、电脑控制器和管道,其特征在于:所述的平板式集热器和单晶硅电池板紧靠安装在所述的支架上,平板式集热器镶嵌安放在支架上,单晶硅电池板通过螺栓与支架连接,且所述的支架斜面与地面的夹角为25°-40°。本实用新型结构设计合理,占地面积小;使用方便可靠;用电量小,成本低,实现了自给自用。

本实用新型涉及一种太阳能光电热水装置,它主要适用于家庭、写字楼及其相应场所。
背景技术
现有技术中,太阳能光电热水装置包括支架、水箱、平板式集热器、单晶硅电池板、断路器、自动控制器、逆变器、蓄电池、配电箱、负载、闸阀、单向止回阀、电脑控制器和管道,由于平板式集热器和单晶硅电池板是分体式结构,结构不够紧凑;同时,没有设置自动上水阀,用手动阀上水,使用不够方便;此外,电脑控制器是与外部电源相连,用电量大,成本高。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中所存在的上述缺点而提供一种结构紧凑、使用方便且用电量小的太阳能光电热水装置。
本实用新型解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:该太阳能光电热水装置包括支架、水箱、平板式集热器、单晶硅电池板、断路器、自动控制器、逆变器、蓄电池、配电箱、负载、闸阀、单向止回阀、电脑控制器和管道,其特征在于:所述的平板式集热器和单晶硅电池板紧靠安装在所述的支架上,平板式集热器镶嵌安放在支架上,单晶硅电池板通过螺栓与支架连接,且所述的支架斜面与地面的夹角为25°-40°。
本实用新型还设置有自动上水阀,该自动上水阀与所述的水箱的进出水口及电脑控制器相连接。
本实用新型所述的电脑控制器通过电线分别与自动上水阀、配电箱以及水箱中的水位水温控制器和电加热器相连接。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下优点和效果:1、结构设计合理,将平板式集热器和单晶硅电池板紧凑地结合在一起,占地面积小;2、设置有自动上水阀,它与水箱的进出水口及电脑控制器相连接,使用方便可靠;3、电脑控制器与自动上水阀和配电箱相连,用电量小,成本低,实现了自给自用。

具体实施方式
参见图1-图3,本实用新型包括水箱2、平板式集热器1、单晶硅电池板3、断路器4、自动控制器5、逆变器6、蓄电池9、配电箱7、负载8、闸阀12、单向止回阀13、电脑控制器10、管道14、支架18和自动上水阀11。其中:平板式集热器1和单晶硅电池3板紧靠安装在所述的支架18上,平板式集热器1镶嵌安放在支架18上,单晶硅电池板3通过螺栓与支架18连接,且支架斜面18-1与地面的夹角α为25°-40°,本实施例中为30°。自动上水阀11与所述的水箱2的进出水口15及电脑控制器10相连接。电脑控制器10通过电线分别与自动上水阀11、配电箱7以及水箱2中的水位水温控制器16和电加热器17相连接。其余结构均为现有技术,不再祥述。
使用时,单晶硅电池板3发出的电通过自动控制器5和逆变器6一部分给蓄电池9充电,一部分通过逆变器6至配电箱7。
当光照不强或无光照射时,蓄电池9通过自动控制器5给逆变器6提供电能。
配电箱7为电脑控制器10提供电源,实现系统的自给用电;当水位水温控制器16的水位低于设定值时,自动上水阀11通过电脑控制器10自动打开,使水箱2的水位达到设定值。
当水位水温控制器16的水温低于设定值时,单向止回阀13通过电脑控制器10接通电源,为水箱2中的水加热,使水箱2的水温达到设定值。

1、一种太阳能光电热水装置,包括支架、水箱、平板式集热器、单晶硅电池板、断路器、自动控制器、逆变器、蓄电池、配电箱、负载、闸阀、单向止回阀、电脑控制器和管道,其特征在于:所述的平板式集热器和单晶硅电池板紧靠安装在所述的支架上,平板式集热器镶嵌安放在支架上,单晶硅电池板通过螺栓与支架连接,且所述的支架斜面与地面的夹角为25°-40°。
2、根据权利要求1所述的太阳能光电热水装置,其特征在于:还设置有自动上水阀,该自动上水阀与所述的水箱的进出水口及电脑控制器相连接。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的太阳能光电热水装置,其特征在于:所述的电脑控制器通过电线分别与自动上水阀、配电箱以及水箱中的水位水温控制器和电加热器相连接。
