本实用新型涉及户外照明技术领域,是一种改进的太阳能景观灯。其主要技术特征是将光电池板、LED光源板、控制器等设计在一个薄型灯体中,从而节约了材料,简化了工艺,使灯具结构、造型更简约、合理。并将工作电压设计为4VDC,从而减少了光电池单元、蓄电池单元、LED管和限流电阻的串联级数,节约了材料,简化了工艺。由于LED管实现了全并联工作方式,减少了LED管性能散差所造成的损坏,提高了本实用新型的太阳能景观灯的使用寿命和可靠性。

现有技术状况:现有技术的太阳能景观灯与太阳能路灯有所相同,其光电池板与LED光源板都是设计为分体的;工作电压设计为12VDC。
发明内容:
本实用新型考虑到太阳能景观灯与路灯有所不同,在许多情况下它可以实现光电池板与LED光源板的一体化设计,如附图1,只要通过合理地调整安装位置,就可以实现采光的要求及照明的效果。另外在选型的一致性上与路灯也有所不同,在许多情况下它还可以选择不同类型的一体化灯,如附图6,从而满足不同的设计要求和需求。而太阳能景观灯的一体化设计也正是本实用新型的主要技术特征,即将光电池板、LED光源板、控制器等设计在一个薄型灯体中,从而节约了材料,简化了工艺。并提供了一系列与过去产品结构不同,造型风格特点不同的太阳能景观灯的开发前景。
本实用新型的另一个技术特征是将工作电压设计为4VDC。从而减少了光电池单元、蓄电池单元、LED管和限流电阻的串联级数,节约了材料,简化了工艺。由于LED管实现了全并联工作方式,减少了LED管性能散差所造成的损坏,提高了本实用新型的太阳能景观灯的使用寿命和可靠性。

具体实施方式:
本实用新型的灯体是将光电池板和光敏管安装在壳体的顶部,用密封胶作好防水,LED光源板和控制器安装在壳体的中部,灯罩安装在壳体的底部,用密封胶作好防水;然后将一体化薄型灯体安装在灯架的顶部,并调整到一定的采光角度,蓄电池安装在灯架的下面。
光电池板与蓄电池直接连接,对其充电;蓄电池通过光敏管和控制器的控制,适时向LED光源提供4伏直流电源;本实用新型的LED光源板都是设计为直射式,并设置了菱晶板灯罩,既提高了光效,又克服了眩光,更适宜太阳能景观灯的要求。
