本实用新型涉及一种位于两个零件上的流体通道连接结构。
背景技术
许多机械设备中都有流体通道(油道或水道)，两个零件的流体通道需要相互连接。当两个零件的安装固定平面与二者的流体通道连接处不在同一平面内，或者两零件流体通道连接端面不相接触时，其连接结构的装配工艺性尤为重要。现有的常用结构是采用锥螺纹带胶密封，是一种固定式接头，不仅装配、拆卸不便，还容易渗漏，影响整机性能。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种装卸方便、不容易渗漏的流体通道连接结构。
本实用新型的技术方案是：在两个零件的流体通道的连接部位设有浮动接头，该浮动接头中心部位有轴向通孔，两头的圆柱段上装有密封圈，中段设有环状台阶。
所述浮动接头的圆柱段与零件的流体通道成间隙配合，所述环状台阶厚度小于两侧流体通道的端面距离。
该连接结构采用浮动接头，接头与流体通道之间由密封圈密封，装卸时，允许接头有轴向移动或微小摆动(角位移)，大大提高了装配工艺性，装配和拆卸都很容易，而且密封好，不易渗漏。

具体实施方式
如图，柴油机机体4上的流体通道5、冷却器1上的流体通道6的连接端面不接触，其连接部位设有浮动接头2，该浮动接头有轴向通孔，两头的圆柱段与流体通道间隙配合，由密封圈3密封，浮动接头中段有环状台阶，起到轴向限位作用。

1、一种流体通道连接结构，其特征是在两个零件的流体通道的连接部位设有浮动接头，该浮动接头中心部位有轴向通孔，两头的圆柱段上装有密封圈，中段设有环状台阶。
2、按权利要求1所述的流体通道连接结构，其特征在于：所述浮动接头的圆柱段与零件的流体通道成间隙配合，所述环状台阶厚度小于两侧流体通道的端面距离。
