本实用新型涉及一种长寿命、高可靠性的双排球转盘轴承,为风电变桨系统轴承的特殊密封结构。包括内圈、外圈和密封圈,密封圈从外圈上端面压入外圈的轴向密封槽内,密封圈的密封唇搭在内圈的外径上,与内圈在径向形成过盈配合,密封唇为双唇,密封圈外径上带有圆形突起,密封圈与密封槽配合的面上带有倒刺。本实用新型的有益效果是,安装方便,在密封性能上保证了变桨轴承20年以上的使用寿命。

风电变桨系统轴承的特殊密封结构
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种长寿命、高可靠性的双排球转盘轴承,为风电变桨系统轴承的特殊密封结构。
背景技术
轴承安装在离地面100米左右高的风电变桨系统上,要求轴承具有耐腐蚀性和高承载能力,保证20年的使用寿命。在使用期间,密封是无法更换的。在瓦轴集团研发出1.5兆瓦风力发电机变桨轴承之前,变桨轴承在国内一直是个空白。轴承达到20年的使用寿命,密封性能至关重要。而常规的轴承密封结构很难满足这种使用要求,常用的转盘轴承密封有很多种,但原理基本相同:密封圈采用单唇密封,在恶劣工况下,密封效果不好;密封圈与密封槽配合部分带圆形突起,这种结构如过盈量大,难安装,过盈量小,密封圈容易从槽中脱落,因此密封圈和密封槽一般采用胶粘方式,但这种胶粘方式不适合轴承使用寿命长的情况。
发明内容
为了保证密封的高可靠性,保证轴承20以上年的使用寿命,本实用新型的目的是提供一种特殊的密封结构,即风电变桨系统轴承的特殊密封结构,该密封结构在密封唇和套圈配合形式和密封圈与密封槽的配合方式上都不同于传统的密封。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是,风电变桨系统轴承的特殊密封结构,包括内圈1、外圈2和密封圈3,密封圈3从外圈2上端面压入外圈2的轴向密封槽内,密封圈3的密封唇搭在内圈1的外径上,与内圈1在径向形成过盈配合,密封唇为双唇,密封圈3外径上带有圆形突起,密封圈3与密封槽配合的面上带有倒刺。
本实用新型的有益效果是,安装方便,在密封性能上保证了变桨轴承20年以上的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如附图所示,本实用新型包括内圈1、外圈2和密封圈3,密封圈3从外圈2上端面压入外圈2的轴向密封槽内,密封圈3的密封唇搭在内圈1的外径上,与内圈1在径向形成过盈配合,密封唇为双唇,密封圈3外径上带有圆形突起,密封圈3与密封槽配合的面上带有倒刺。为了防止雨水、盐水、灰尘、杂质等进入轴承和防止润滑脂的泄漏,在轴承的上、下端面均设有的密封结构:密封唇为双唇。为了保证密封圈3便于安装更能防止密封圈3从槽中脱落,在密封圈3与密封槽配合的面上带有倒刺,这种密封结构属国内首创。

1、风电变桨系统轴承的特殊密封结构,包括内圈(1)、外圈(2)和密封圈(3),其特征在于,密封圈(3)从外圈(2)上端面压入外圈(2)的轴向密封槽内,密封圈(3)的密封唇搭在内圈(1)的外径上,与内圈(1)在径向形成过盈配合,密封唇为双唇,密封圈(3)外径上带有圆形突起,密封圈(3)与密封槽配合的面上带有倒刺。
