本实用新型提供一种扶正器,解决特殊井下入测井仪器及测井仪器居中的问题。本实用新型主要由上支撑套(1)、弹簧(2)、中支撑套(3)、本体(4)和下支撑套(5)组成。弹簧(2)两端分别固定在上支撑套(1)底面和中支撑套(3)顶面上。本体(4)为一体式,本体(4)两端与中支撑套(3),下支撑套(5)分别为活动连接。本体(4)上开有若干透槽,两相邻透槽间形成扶正条。扶正条由弹性材料制成,扶正条之上覆盖有耐磨减阻的材料。扶正器内径与管柱外径有一定间隙。本实用新型可以根据井眼状况调整扶正器的有效外径,有利于测井仪器的顺利下入和居中。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及油气田水平井、分支井等特殊工艺井的测井作业工具,特别是一种扶正器,属井下工具类。
背景技术
目前在水平井、分支井等特殊工艺井的测井作业中,一般通过电缆悬挂下入测井仪器,然后靠仪器自重引导,由于在这些特殊井中摩擦阻力大,比较容易损坏测井仪器,因此应保证测井仪器尽量居中,来保护好测井仪器从而取得准确的测井数据。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种扶正器,解决背景技术中的问题。
一种扶正器,主要由上支撑套1、弹簧2、中支撑套3、本体4和下支撑套5组成。弹簧2两端分别固定在上支撑套1底面和中支撑套3顶面上。本体4为一体式,本体4两端与中支撑套3,下支撑套5分别为活动连接,如利用销钉或者铰链等连接。本体4上开有若干透槽,两相邻透槽间形成扶正条。扶正条由弹性材料制成,扶正条之上覆盖有耐磨减阻的材料。扶正器套装在测井仪器送入管柱上,扶正器内径与管柱外径有一定间隙,扶正器与管柱形成滑动配合。
本实用新型的主要优点在于:本实用新型利用本体3上的特殊耐磨减阻材料可有效降低磨阻。在井眼状况变化时,本实用新型通过弹簧2的压缩,可增大扶正器的外径,提高扶正效果;井眼尺寸变小时,可通过挤压本体上的扶正条,拉伸弹簧,减小扶正器的外径,保证测井工具的顺利下入和居中,减少复杂事故的发生。另外,由于扶正器与管柱形成滑动配合,扶正器遇卡不影响管柱下行。当管柱下行到接箍与扶正器形成配合后,通过挤压扶正条即可改变扶正条的外径解卡,或者加压增大扶正器的外径可修复井壁。

下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步详细的说明。
如图1、图2所示的一种扶正器,主要由上支撑套1、弹簧2、中支撑套3、本体4和下支撑套5组成。弹簧2两端分别固定在上支撑套1底面和中支撑套3顶面上。本体4为一体式,本体4两端与中支撑套3,下支撑套5分别为活动连接,如利用销钉或者铰链等连接。本体4上开有若干透槽,两相邻透槽间形成扶正条。扶正条由弹性材料制成,扶正条之上覆盖有耐磨减阻的材料。扶正器套装在测井仪器送入管柱上,扶正器内径与管柱外径有一定间隙,扶正器与管柱形成滑动配合。
其实施方式为:本实用新型根据油气田水平井、分支井等特殊工艺井测井作业需要,可直接套装在测井仪器的适当位置。当管柱存在下入困难时,扶正器在外力的作用下,在适当位置可改变外径从而保证测井仪器的顺利下入和居中。
