Abstract

一种手铐扎带，属于警用设备。它由带身及卡扣组成，带身和卡扣为一体。卡扣上设有两个插带入口，插带入口内设有向同一方向倾斜的棘齿，卡扣的两端延伸有同等长度的带身，带身上设有带齿、带尾及防滑条。带齿的方向往同一方向倾斜且与插带入口内的棘齿方向相反，配合咬紧。两带身可以分别对应从插带入口进入，并从带穿出口穿出，同时与插带入口内的棘齿配合咬紧，形成单向自锁结构从而达到手铐的锁起作用。本实用新型的带身和卡扣为一体的，结构简单、闭锁牢靠。

本实用新型属于警用设备。
背景技术：
国内外传统手铐一般由锁芯组合装置和铐环组成。而且是金属材质，重量大、体积大、携带有声音，隐蔽性差。这种结果复杂，如果锁芯损坏或钥匙丢失，短时间类不易打开，大量随身携带不方便，而且笨重造价高成本也高。还有一种用超高纤维组成的编带子软手铐，它是锁扣与带子分体。而且带子只是编成十字形平面，这种手铐使用既不方便，而且带子容易脱落。
发明内容：
为了克服上述手铐的不足，本实用新型提供了一种：结果简单、使用方便、锁扣牢靠的手铐扎带。它由带身及卡扣组成，带身和卡扣为一体。卡扣上设有两个插带入口，插带入口内设有向同一方向倾斜的棘齿，卡扣的两端延伸有同等长度的带身，带身上设有带齿、带尾及防滑条。带齿的方向往同一方向倾斜且与插带入口内的棘齿方向相反，配合咬紧。两带身可以分别对应从插带入口进入，并从带穿出口穿出，同时与插带入口内的棘齿配合咬紧，形成单向自锁结构从而达到手铐的锁起作用。本实用新型是带身和卡扣为一体的，结构简单、闭锁牢靠。用塑料注塑成型的手铐带，更是体轻、携带方便。当带身的带尾从插带入口，插入卡扣中后，由于带身一端的带齿与插带入口中的棘齿方向相反，而且相吻合。因而当带身向相反方向拉动时，即被牢牢锁住。

本实施例包括：带身(4)、卡扣(7)，卡扣(7)由三个孔组成，两个插带入口(5)之间有一带有加强筋(8)的中间孔，两个插带入口(5)中均有向一个方向倾倒的棘齿(9)。带身(4)的一端和卡扣(7)结为一体，另一端为带尾(2)。带身(4)的一端有与插带入口(5)中棘齿(9)方向相反的带齿(3)，而且相吻合。当带身(4)穿过卡扣(7)的插带入口(5)和带穿出口(6)后，带身(4)被牢牢地锁住。带尾(2)上制造了刺状防滑条(1)。本手铐扎带用塑料材料注塑成型。

1.一种手铐扎带，它包括带身(4)、卡扣(7)，卡扣(7)由三个孔组成，两个插带入口(5)之间有一带有加强筋(8)的中间孔，两个插带入口(5)与带穿出口(6)之间中均有向一个方向倾倒的棘齿(9)其特征在于：带身(4)的一端和卡扣(7)结为一体，另一端为带尾(2)，带尾(2)上制造了刺状防滑条(1)。
2、如权利要求1所述的手铐扎带，其特征在于所述的带身(4)一端上造有与插带入口(5)中棘齿(9)方向相反，而且相吻合的带齿(3)。
