Abstract

一种医用塑胶接头，主体为一段内腔大小不同的管体、其中管体的一端为螺纹接口(螺纹可为内螺纹或外螺纹)，可与其它器械进行螺纹连接，另一端可与塑胶软管通过医用胶水进行粘结配合且有轻微锥度，管体的轴向侧边有加强翼片。其特征在于本实用新型的注塑进胶口(以下简称进胶口)位于加强翼片上专门设计的弧行缺口处。本实用新型医用塑胶接头不仅美观大方，而且避免了在使用过程中接触进胶口带来的不便或损伤。在生产的过程中也不需专门设计工序来去除注塑口的毛刺，简化了生产工序，降低了生产成本。

本实用新型涉及一种医疗器械。被用于多种一次性使用医疗器械上的接头，广泛应用于临床。
背景技术
塑胶接头为多种医疗产品的配件，多与塑胶管连接，被广泛应用于临床，但目前在产品设计上还存在一些弊端，目前的塑胶接头的进胶口位于管体的外表面上，一方面在生产的过程中，须专门设计工序去除进胶口处的毛刺，增加了生产成本；另一方面由于进胶口位于管体的表面不仅影响产品的外观，而且可能会对使用者造成伤害。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的意在克服目前的塑胶接头进胶口位置设计不理想而带来的影响，提供一种医用塑胶接头，此种医用塑胶接头一方面管体表面光滑、外观美观，令使用者不会因疏忽碰到进胶口的毛刺而受伤，另一方面此种医用塑胶接头在生产过程中也可省去去除进胶口毛刺的工序，节省生产成本。
实现本新型的方案是：一种医用塑胶接头，包括管体、管体头端的内螺纹接口或外螺纹接口、管体轴向侧边的加强翼片所组成。
所述接头的进胶口位于加强翼片上专门设计的弧形缺口处。
所述专门设计的弧形缺口是对称的。

具体实施方式
如图所示，一种一次性使用医用塑胶接头，外螺纹(2)和内螺纹(3)位于管体(1)的端头，加强翼片(4)位于管体的轴向侧边，进胶(5)口位于加强翼片上专门设计的弧形缺口处。
可根据需要，管体加强翼片上专门设计的弧形缺口可为弧形或为其它可增加美观的形状。

1. 一种一次性使用的医用塑胶接头，主要由管体(1)、管体头端的内螺纹接口(3)或外螺纹接口(2)、管体轴向侧边的加强翼片(4)所组成，其特征在于：接头进胶口(5)位于侧边加强翼片上专门设计的弧形缺口处。
2. 根据权利要求1所述医用塑胶接头，其特征在于：所述加强翼片上专门设计的弧形缺口是对称的。
