Abstract

一种新型空调器用型材，涉及空调末端产品领域的型材。为了克服传统型材存在的加工工艺繁琐，漏风率大等缺点，本实用新型将型材与面板的连接部位设为形，形口的边缘设置密封凸起，装配时将面板直接插入型材的形口内，用自攻螺钉固定，密封凸起与面板压紧密封。通过这种装配方式，使得面板与型材形成良好的配合，节省了材料，且制作方便，漏风率低，提高了生产效率和机组的性能。

背景技术
目前，在空调末端产品中机组框架普遍采用型材组装，传统的型材与面板的连接处为L形，组装时首先在型材与面板的L形搭接处粘接密封胶条，再用自攻螺钉将型材与面板固定。这种结构存在着加工工艺繁琐、漏风率大等缺点。
发明内容
为了克服传统型材存在的种种缺陷和不足，本实用新型提供了一种新型空调器用型材。该型材组装简便，漏风率低，而且外形美观。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：将型材与面板的连接部位设为
