技术领域
本实用新型涉及冶金电炉低压无功补偿装置领域,特别是一种新型冶金电炉低压无功补偿装置的柜体。
背景技术
冶金电炉低压补偿装置一般采用普通碳钢制作柜体、支撑件和安装件;由于冶金电炉多数自身功率因数均较低,尤其是大容量冶金电炉,像20000kVA以上的矿热炉自身功率因数仅为0.8左右,且时常有超20-70%负荷的情况发生,因此其补偿容量一般都比较大,这样补偿回路自身电流也是上万安。由于一般情况冶金电炉负荷较大,功率因素较低,所需的无功补偿容量较大,这样低压无功补偿装置的电流也是较大的,大电流导体产生很强的交变磁场,附近的碳钢柜体、支撑件和安装件将形成很大的涡流,柜体严重发热,影响补偿装置内的电气元件使用寿命,增加电能损耗。
除了采用水冷铜管母线连接可以解决散热外,大量安装电容器的柜体均采用冷轧钢板制作,这样柜顶流过的数千安大电流形成的涡流发热影响也非常大,将大大加速柜内电容器等的绝缘老化。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型冶金电炉低压无功补偿装置的柜体,可以阻断大电流所产生的环形磁场,不再形成涡流。
