本实用新型公开了一种照明路灯智能节电器,包括机箱和设于机箱内的单片机,单片机上连有输入电压检测模块和输入电流检测模块,机箱内还设有节能电路,节能电路包括三个相同的与相应相线连接的节能分电路;所述的节能分电路包括节能线圈,在节能线圈上连有接触器、功率因素补偿电路和过渡电路,节能分电路通过其接触器与单片机连接。本实用新型十分适合在路灯上使用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种节电装置,具体地说是一种照明路灯智能节电器。
背景技术
我国现有电力网普遍存在着输送距离长,负荷昼夜不均匀。在白天由于负荷重,电压损失大,到用电器上的电压偏低,而深夜由于负荷轻,电压损失小,到用电器上的电压偏高,有时电压甚至很高。城市路灯在夜间工作,且多为汞灯、钠灯,深夜过高的电压不仅白白浪费了电能,而且大大缩短了灯泡的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是设计出一种照明路灯智能节电器。
本实用新型要解决的是现有照明路灯浪费电能和使用寿命短的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是:它包括机箱和设于机箱内的单片机,单片机上连有输入电压检测模块和输入电流检测模块,机箱内还设有节能电路,节能电路包括三个相同的与相应相线连接的节能分电路;所述的节能分电路包括节能线圈,在节能线圈上连有接触器、功率因素补偿电路和过渡电路,节能分电路通过其接触器与单片机连接。
本实用新型的优点是:节省电能、提高路灯的使用寿命和使照明光线更加柔和与均匀。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图所示,本实用新型包括机箱、设于机箱内的单片机、节能电路和电源开关QF。单片机上连有输入电压检测模块和输入电流检测模块。输入电压检测模块用于检测输入的电压,并把检测到的电压信号传给单片机。输入电流检测模块用于检测输入的电流强度,并把检测到的电流强度信号传给单片机。
节能电路包括三个相同的节能分电路,三个节能分电路的输入端通过接触器KM8分别与三根相线L1、L2、L3连接,三个节能分电路的输出端通过接触器KM9分别接负载路灯。与相线L1连接的节能分电路包括节能线圈T1、T2、T3、T4、T5,在节能线圈T1上连接有接触器KM1,节能线圈T2上连接有接触器KM2,节能线圈T3上连接有接触器KM3,节能线圈T4上连接有接触器KM4,节能线圈T5上连接有接触器KM5。所述的该节能分电路通过其接触器KM1、KM2、KM3、KM4、KM5和单片机连接。在节能线圈T1上还连有功率因素补偿电路和过渡电路,功率因素补偿电路包括接触器KM7和连于接触器KM7的电容C,该电路用于做功率因素补偿。过渡电路包括接触器KM6和与连于接触器KM6的电阻R该电路用于防止路灯因切换突变而发生的灭灯现象。
单片机上设有检测信号分析处理模块和接触器控制模块,检测信号分析处理模块与输入电压检测模块、输入电流检测模块连接,接触器控制模块与检测信号分析处理模块、接触器连接。分析处理模块用于分析处理来自输入电压检测模块检测到的电压信号和输入电流检测模块检测到的电流强度信号。接触器控制模块根据检测信号分析处理模块处理后的信号来控制接触器KM0、KM1、KM2、KM3、KM4、KM5、KM6和KM7的闭合与断开。接触器KM0、KM1、KM2、KM3、KM4、KM5是用于调节和稳定输出的电压,接触器KM0、KM1、KM2、KM3、KM4、KM5相互之间必须互锁。
机箱内设有旁路电路,该旁路电路由接触器KM10构成,接触器KM10输入端与相线L1、L2、L3连接,接触器KM10输出端与负载路灯连接。
接触器KM8、KM9在节电运行的时候闭合,使节能电路投入运行。
接触器KM10在旁路运行时闭合。当输入电压低于210V,或需做节电率测试,或节电运行出现故障时,都可转到旁路运行。

1、一种照明路灯智能节电器,包括机箱和设于机箱内的单片机,单片机上连有输入电压检测模块和输入电流检测模块,其特征在于机箱内设有节能电路,节能电路包括三个相同的与相应相线连接的节能分电路;所述的节能分电路包括节能线圈,在节能线圈上连有接触器、功率因素补偿电路和过渡电路,节能分电路通过其接触器与单片机连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的照明路灯智能节电器,其特征在于单片机上设有检测信号分析处理模块和接触器控制模块,检测信号分析处理模块与输入电压检测模块、输入电流检测模块连接,接触器控制模块与接触器连接。
3、根据权利要求1所述的照明路灯智能节电器,其特征在于节能线圈为五个,每组节能线圈上连有一只接触器。
4、根据权利要求1所述的照明路灯智能节电器,其特征在于功率因素补偿电路包括接触器和连于接触器的电容C。
5、根据权利要求1所述的照明路灯智能节电器,其特征在于过渡电路包括接触器和连于接触器的电阻R。
