Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种荧光棒之球形夹座，包括一球形体，在球形体上开设有三个形状相同且可卡紧荧光棒的夹持凹位，上述各夹持凹位中所卡住的荧光棒之轴线相互垂直。其利用三个夹持凹位交叉定位所卡紧的荧光棒，使各荧光棒相互间能够直立起来，尤其是在各卡持凹位中所卡紧的荧光棒长度一致且对称卡入时，人们可随意掷于台面或地面上，均能以同样的姿态直立，进而更好地增强荧光棒装饰之趣味性；同时在户外应用时，不会受限于环境影响，始终能够保持同样姿态直立，增强其户外警示性。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种荧光棒固定结构，尤其是指一种荧光棒之球形夹座。
背景技术
荧光棒又称发光棒、夜光棒，其广泛应用于演唱会、生日宴会场景布置，野外郊游等等，通过其色泽会把人们引入浪漫、温馨的情意境界；随着人们生活水平的不断提高，在家庭、办公室、户外等场所中也渐渐地引进荧光棒进行摆饰，以映衬周边环境之气氛或起到警示效果；而人们通常是以单体荧光棒的形式进行摆设，或者是以多根荧光棒自身绞接在一起的方式进行摆设，如此显得比较单调，缺乏趣味性，甚至在户外使用时在恶劣的环境下，不能有效地直立起来，故难以实现警示效果。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对上述习知技术所存在之缺失，主要目的在于提供一种荧光棒之球形夹座，其可使荧光棒交叉直立起来进行摆设，增强荧光棒装饰的趣味性及户外的警示性。
为实现上述之目的，本实用新型采取如下技术方案：
一种荧光棒之球形夹座，包括一球形体，在球形体上开设有三个形状相同且可卡紧荧光棒的夹持凹位，上述各夹持凹位中所卡住的荧光棒之轴线相互垂直。
上述夹持凹位分别布置于以球形体球心为支点所辐射且相互垂直的X轴、Y轴和Z轴上。
上述夹持凹位均包括第一夹持壁、第二夹持壁以及由第一夹持壁、第二夹持壁围构而成的凹形腔，且第一夹持壁的自由端与第二夹持壁的自由端形成一相对荧光棒较窄的容置缺口。
本实用新型之优点在于利用三个夹持凹位交叉定位所卡紧的荧光棒，使各荧光棒相互间能够直立起来，尤其是在各卡持凹位中所卡紧的荧光棒长度一致且对称卡入时，人们可随意掷于台面或地面上，均能以同样的姿态直立，进而更好地增强荧光棒装饰之趣味性；同时在户外应用时，不会受限于环境影响，始终能够保持同样姿态直立，增强其户外警示性。

下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步描述。
如图1，一种荧光棒之球形夹座10，包括一球形体1，在球形体1上开设有三个形状相同的夹持凹位2a、2b、2c，该夹持凹位2a、2b、2c提供荧光棒卡紧所作之设计，上述夹持凹位2a、2b、2c分别布置于以球形体1球心为支点所辐射且相互垂直的X轴、Y轴和Z轴上；上述各夹持凹位2a、2b、2c中所卡住的荧光棒之轴线相互垂直。
上述夹持凹位均2a、2b、2c包括第一夹持壁21、第二夹持壁22以及由第一夹持壁21、第二夹持壁22围构而成的凹形腔23，且第一夹持壁21的自由端与第二夹持壁22的自由端形成一相对荧光棒较窄的容置缺口24，以便卡住荧光棒不易脱落。
如图2～图5，其分别为本实用新型嵌入荧光棒之外观示意图、主视图、侧视图及俯视图；从图中可清楚看出，荧光棒3a、3b、3c的长度一致，且分别对应卡入夹持凹位2a、2b、2c中，而该荧光棒3a、3b、3c均以中部为卡点卡入夹持凹位中，使每根荧光棒3a、3b、3c卡入后对称，同时荧光棒3a、3b、3c之轴线相互交错呈垂直状；如此，利用三个夹持凹位2a、2b、2c交叉定位所卡紧的荧光棒3a、3b、3c，使各荧光棒3a、3b、3c相互间能够直立起来，当人们随意将其整体掷于台面上时，均能以同样的姿态直立，进而更好地增强荧光棒装饰之趣味性；同时在户外应用时，不会受限于环境影响，始终能够保持同样姿态直立，增强其户外警示性。

2、根据权利要求1所述荧光棒之球形夹座，其特征在于：上述夹持凹位分别布置于以球形体球心为支点所辐射且相互垂直的X轴、Y轴和Z轴上。
3、根据权利要求1所述荧光棒之球形夹座，其特征在于：上述夹持凹位均包括第一夹持壁、第二夹持壁以及由第一夹持壁、第二夹持壁围构而成的凹形腔，且第一夹持壁的自由端与第二夹持壁的自由端形成一相对荧光棒较窄的容置缺口。
