本实用新型涉及一种紧密布置探头阵列,具体地说是用于列车车轮的在线探伤,属于超声波探伤技术领域。
背景技术
目前,列车车轮在线探伤,探头布置是有较大间距的。不能实现对整个车轮的连续检测或等效的完全覆盖检测,可能产生漏检误判。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足之处,从而提供一种紧密布置探头阵列,可等效实现对车轮的完全覆盖测试,有效防止漏检误判。
本实用新型的主要解决方案是这样实现的:
本实用新型主要包括斜探头、双晶探头,特征是采用第一斜探头与第二斜探头面对面布置组成斜探头对,斜探头对与双晶探头紧密相连成阵列布置,设置在阵列箱体上。
所述的阵列箱体上设置接近开关组件。

具体实施方式
下面本实用新型将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述:
本实用新型主要由第一斜探头1、第二斜探头2、双晶探头3、阵列箱体4及接近开关组件5组成。
本实用新型主要采用第一斜探头1与第二斜探头2面对面(相向)布置组成斜探头对,实现测试区域的交叉重叠。斜探头对与双晶探头3紧密相连成阵列布置,设置在阵列箱体4上。所述的阵列箱体4上设置接近开关组件5,接近开关5主要起测速作用。接近开关组件5数量明显少于双晶探头3的数量。
由少数探头实时触发接近开关,由接近开关的信号,计算出被测车轮的速度,再由速度计算出其它探头的耦合时刻,进行采样。以上速度计算与采样信号的激励、采样等,都由计算机程序自动实现。

Claims (2)

1、一种紧密布置探头阵列,包括斜探头、双晶探头,其特征是采用第一斜探头(1)与第二斜探头(2)面对面布置组成斜探头对,斜探头对与双晶探头(3)紧密相连成阵列布置,设置在阵列箱体(4)上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种紧密布置探头阵列,其特征在于所述的阵列箱体(4)上设置接近开关组件(5)。
