本实用新型涉及一种超滤器，特别是一种中空纤维超滤器。
背景技术：
目前我国所用的超滤器，密封结构不好，与外连接时用罗纹连接，安装困难，浇注时树脂分布不均匀，通量小。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的就是要提供一种加工安装方便、使用安全、通量大的超滤器。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种中空纤维超滤器，由纤维(1)、树脂(2)、螺筒(6)、UPVC管(9)组成，其特征在于所述的螺筒(6)和端盖(3)内部通过端盖密封圈(5)轴向密封连接，螺筒(6)与端盖(3)外部由卡子(4)连接，膜元件外壳1(7)和膜元件外壳2(8)通过多孔定位板(4)固定连接在螺筒(6)内，纤维(1)通过树脂(2)固定在膜元件外壳1(7)和膜元件外壳2(8)中。
本实用新型的一个最佳实施方案为：端盖(3)外部带有支撑筋板。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点：
由于采用了螺筒(6)和端盖(3)内部通过端盖密封圈(5)轴向密封连接，螺筒(6)与端盖(3)外部由卡子(4)连接，膜元件外壳1(7)和膜元件外壳2(8)通过多孔定位板(4)固定连接在螺筒(6)内，纤维(1)通过树脂(2)固定在膜元件外壳1(7)和膜元件外壳2(8)中，端盖(3)外部带有支撑筋板的形式，因而使用安全，通量大，占用空间小，外形美观，结构简单，安装方便，浇注牢固，减少了工人劳动强度，安装更加稳固，避免了大组件纤维膜丝浇注困难，易产生活丝的问题。

具体实施方式：
罗筒(6)与UPVC管(9)粘结在一起，多孔定位板(4)粘接在罗筒(6)上，纤维(1)由树脂(2)浇注在7根膜元件外壳1(7)和1根膜元件外壳2(8)中，由多孔定位板(4)固定，端盖密封圈(5)套在螺筒(6)上，端盖(3)与螺筒(6)由卡子(10)固定，  组成了超滤膜组件。
使用时，将该超滤器组装到水处理设备中。

1、一种中空纤维超滤器，由纤维(1)、树脂(2)、螺筒(6)、UPVC管(9)及组成，其特征在于所述的螺筒(6)和端盖(3)内部通过端盖密封圈(5)轴向密封连接，螺筒(6)与端盖(3)外部由卡子(4)连接，膜元件外壳1(7)和膜元件外壳2(8)通过多孔定位板(4)固定连接在螺筒(6)内，纤维(1)通过树脂(2)固定在膜元件外壳1(7)和膜元件外壳2(8)中。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种中空纤维超滤器，其特征在于所述的端盖(3)外部带有支撑筋板。
