使用时，拧开矿泉水或饮料瓶的瓶盖饮水后再转动自毁环，将其上的指示口与瓶盖上的某一阿拉伯数字或某一英文字母或某一符号相对，便可区别于别人饮用过的矿泉水或饮料瓶。
