本实用新型涉及一种LED灯具。
技术背景
目前传统小功率HID光源,在生产和使用过程中耗能高,使用寿命短;而LED光源,虽然使用寿命长,能耗低,但它是直线光,难以达到光线分布均匀的使用要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种既使用寿命长,能耗低,又光线分布均匀,具有立体饱满光源视觉效果的LED灯具。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:本实用新型包括壳体和光源,壳体包括方形底壳,在底壳上面设置罩壳;在方形底壳的上方设有光源,光源是由LED发光阵列构成发光面的光源。所述的光源是由有5个发光面组成的立体梯形光源,包括顶部和四面光源,所述的罩壳为梯形透明棱镜面罩壳。
本实用新型的立体梯形LED光源5个面的光束穿透过外部梯形透明棱镜面罩,经过棱镜光折射而形成符合环境要求的二次配光特性。该配光特性为零轴方向主光束,光强值大且光束角小(小于60度);45度轴方向副光束,光强值小且光束角大(>90度)。从远处看灯具的发光体,立体梯形LED光源发光均匀没有LED的颗粒感,给人以立体饱满光源的视觉效果。

下面结合附图阐述本实用新型的最佳实施例。该梯形LED灯具,由二部分组成,一部分是一个方形灯壳体,该壳体由铸铝底壳和梯型透明棱镜灯面罩壳合成。另一部分是LED发光阵列,构成一个有5个发光面的立体梯形光源。
本实用新型包括壳体和光源,壳体包括方形底壳4,在底壳上面设置罩壳1;在方形底壳4的上方设有光源2,光源2是由LED发光阵列构成发光面的光源。所述的光源是由有5个发光面组成的立体梯形光源,包括顶部和四面光源,每个发光面由发光二极管3排列组成;所述的罩壳为梯形透明棱镜面罩壳。本实用新型可以为建筑物内部车道顶部提供立体饱满光源视觉和光线均匀分布的效果。
