Abstract

一种聚光型高亮度荧光灯罩，由灯罩、三角球面管、电器盒组成，利用有若干个球面的镜面不锈钢板制成半椭圆形的灯罩配合在灯罩中心设有60°三角形带有若干球面的反射面，能将灯管上方30％的无效灯光吸收并反射大灯罩，由大灯罩反射到地面，这样就相当于多个灯管同时照往地面，把光源提高，达到高效节能的效果。本实用新型设计合理，结构简单，灯罩和三角球面管上的球面在不同角度发挥不同的作用，比普通荧光灯管节省能源，且美观耐用，又易清洁管理，宜推广使用。

本实用新型属于普通荧光灯罩，特别是一种聚光型高亮度荧光灯罩。
背景技术
普通荧光灯管在照明时，灯管上方有30％的灯光被浪费了。在我国大部分的灯罩都是喷白色油漆作为反光材料，但时间一久就会产生变质，发黄变黑，对灯光效果造成很大影响，给卫生清理工作带来一定的困难。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种聚光型高亮度荧光灯罩，采用有若干个球面的镜面不锈钢板制成半椭圆形的灯罩配合在灯罩中心设有60°三角管，带有若干球面的反射面，能将灯管上方30％的无效灯光吸收并反射到大罩上，由大罩反射到地面。这样就相当于多个荧光灯管同时照往地面，把光源提高，达到高效节能的效果。
本实用新型由灯罩、三角球面管、电器盒组成，在电器盒3下方与三角球面管1连接，在三角球面管1的两侧装有灯罩2。
所述的灯罩2是有若干个球面的镜面不锈钢板制成，呈半椭圆形。
所述的三角球面管1的顶角为60°，三角球面管的外侧面设有若干个球面。
本实用新型设计合理，结构简单，灯罩和三角球面管上的球面在不同角度发挥不同的作用，比普通日光灯管节省能源，且美观耐用，又易清洁管理，宜推广使用。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，用钢材加工成电器盒3，电器盒3呈长方体形，内有装电器的空腔。镜面不锈钢板在内侧面压有若干个球面，即小阿尔面，再弯曲成半椭圆形的灯罩2。在灯罩2中心加工有三角球面管1，三角球面管1顶角为60°，三角球面管1与电器盒3连接。在灯罩2和三角球面管1的球面上形成反射面，这些球面在不同角度发挥不同的作用，能将灯管上方30％的无效灯光吸收并反射到大灯罩，由大灯罩反射到地面，这样就相当于多个灯管同时照往地面，把光源提高，达到高效节能的效果。

Claims (3)

1.一种聚光型高亮度荧光灯罩，由灯罩、三角球面管、电器盒组成，其特征是在电器盒(3)下方与三角球面管(1)连接，在三角球面管(1)的两侧装有灯罩(2)。
2.据权利要求1所述的聚光型高亮度荧光灯罩，其特征是所述的灯罩(2)是有若干个球面的镜面不锈钢板制成，呈半椭圆形。
3.据权利要求1所述的聚光型高亮度荧光灯罩，其特征是所述的三角球面管(1)的顶角为60°，三角球面管的外侧面设有若干个球面。
