一种温度可控全混式节能型生产沼气的装置,其特征是有2-20根加热盘管,各加热盘管平行放置,它们的入口分别通过进水阀门与一热水泵的出口连通,该热水泵的入口经储热罐与进出水热交换器的出口连通,进出水热交换器的入口与热水锅炉的出口连通,各加热盘管的出口分别通过出水阀门与热水锅炉的入口连通,消化罐内装有搅拌机。本实用新型可以保持厌氧消化罐内温度均衡、物料均一;能提高物料的进料浓度达8-15%;可灵活地选择中温或高温厌氧消化,能适应季节的变化以及原料种类、浓度的变化;设置储热罐可在热水锅炉出现故障或者间歇运行时提供热源,保障消化罐的连续稳定运行,可节省能源消耗和运行成本。

本实用新型涉及一种温度可控全混式节能型生产沼气的装置。
背景技术
为适应产气的需要以及季节温度的变化,大中型沼气工程的消化罐内通常需要保持一定的温度,在罐内或罐外设置单根加热盘管,由于罐体体积较大,盘管较长,常常出现罐内上部和下部温度不均的现象,且一旦热水锅炉或其他热源出现故障时,将直接导致消化罐内温度的下降,沼气生产难以正常运行,并且通过罐外部的泵对罐内物料进行循环搅拌,还存在能耗大、设备数量多、维护管理复杂等问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能实现均匀混合搅拌、均一可控温度、在热源出现故障时可短期维持正常运行的生产沼气的装置,它能以较低的能耗实现消化罐内物料的均匀混合,保持罐内上下温度一致,并可在热水锅炉维修期内维持消化罐的正常运行。
一种温度可控全混式节能型生产沼气的装置,有一消化罐、热水泵和热水锅炉,消化罐顶部有原料进口、沼气外排口、安全阀接口和检修人孔,底部有出料口和检修人孔,消化罐内有加热盘管,加热盘管有进水阀门和出水阀门,其特征是所述的加热盘管有2-20根,各加热盘管平行放置,它们的入口分别通过进水阀门与一热水泵的出口连通,该热水泵的入口经储热罐与进出水热交换器的出口连通,进出水热交换器的入口与热水锅炉的出口连通,各加热盘管的出口分别通过出水阀门与热水锅炉的入口连通,消化罐内装有搅拌机。
本实用新型的优点:1、可以保持厌氧消化罐内温度均衡、物料状态均一;2、能提高物料的进料浓度,可达到8-15%;3、可以灵活地选择中温或高温厌氧消化,能适应季节的变化以及原料种类、浓度的变化;4、设置储热罐,可以在热水锅炉出现故障或者间歇运行时,提供热源的补偿,保障消化罐的连续稳定运行,可节省能源消耗和运行成本。

具体实施方式
本实用新型有一消化罐4、热水泵5和热水锅炉8,消化罐4顶部有原料进口、沼气外排口、安全阀接口和检修人孔,底部有出料口和检修人孔(图中未画出),消化罐4内有加热盘管1,加热盘管1有进水阀门2和出水阀门3,其特征是所述的加热盘管1有2-20根,各加热盘管1平行放置,它们的入口分别通过进水阀门2与一热水泵5的出口连通,该热水泵5的入口经储热罐6与进出水热交换器7的出口连通,进出水热交换器7的入口与热水锅炉8的出口连通,各加热盘管1的出口分别通过出水阀门3与热水锅炉8的入口连通,消化罐4内装有搅拌机9,实现罐内物料的搅拌,能满足消化罐4内物料混合均匀的需要,提高物料的进料浓度达8-15%(重量百分浓度)。
所述的消化罐4为下部略带倾角的圆柱型钢罐或拼装罐、钢混罐。储热罐6外部可用不同的颜色显示消化罐4内不同层的温度。
使用本装置时,将沼气外排口与管道连通,把沼气收集起来用于发电或燃烧,安全阀接口处接安全阀,由热水锅炉8提供热水,热水经进出水热交换器7、储热罐6和热水泵5进入消化罐4内的各加热盘管1,各加热盘管1中的热水与消化罐4内的物料进行热交换后,经管道回到热水锅炉8再进行加热升温,此过程循环进行。
本装置设置储热罐6,可以在热水锅炉8出现故障或者间歇运行时,提供热源的补偿,保障消化罐4连续稳定运行。
